Claims (17)
- 점토입자가 배향하여 적층된 구조를 갖는 점토 박막의 적어도 한쪽 면에 적어도 가스 배리어 무기질층이 적층되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,점토입자가 배향하여 적층된 구조를 갖는 점토 박막의 적어도 한쪽 면에 평탄화 무기질층이 적층되고, 상기 평탄화 무기질층 상에 가스 배리어 무기질층이 적층되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,점토입자가 배향하여 적층된 구조를 갖는 점토 박막의 적어도 한쪽 면에 복수의 가스 배리어 무기질층과 복수의 평탄화 무기질층이 교대로 적층되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,점토입자가 배향하여 적층된 구조를 갖는 점토 박막의 적어도 한쪽 면에 유기 폴리머층 및 가스 배리어 무기질층이 적층되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,점토입자가 배향하여 적층된 구조를 갖는 점토 박막의 적어도 한쪽 면에 복수의 유기 폴리머층과 복수의 가스 배리어 무기질층이 교대로 적층되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막 기판.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가스 배리어 무기질층이 질소를 포함하는 산화 규소막 또는 규소의 질화막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막 기판.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가스 배리어 무기질층의 두께가 10~200nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막 기판.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가스 배리어 무기질층이 스퍼터링법에 의해 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막 기판.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 평탄화 무기질층이 탄소를 포함하는 산화 규소막으로 이루어진 것을 특 징으로 하는 점토 박막 기판.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 평탄화 무기질층의 두께가 100~5000nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막 기판.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 평탄화 무기질층이 CVD법에 의해 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점토 박막 기판.
- 점토 박막 기판이 점토입자가 배향하여 적층된 구조를 갖는 점토 박막의 적어도 한쪽 면에 적어도 가스 배리어 무기질층이 적층된 것으로서, 상기 점토 박막 기판의 어느 일면에 투명 도전층이 더 적층되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전극부착 점토 박막 기판.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 점토 박막 기판의 투명 도전막이 적층되어 있는 면과는 반대측의 면에 방현층이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극부착 점토 박막 기판.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,상기 점토 박막 기판의 투명 도전막이 적층되어 있는 면과는 반대측의 면에 반사방지층이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극부착 점토 박막 기판.
- 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 점토 박막 기판의 투명 도전막이 적층되어 있는 면과는 반대측의 면에 하드코트층이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극부착 점토 박막 기판.
- 기판 상에 적어도 투명 전극층, 발광층 및 음극층이 순차적으로 적층된 적층체를 갖는 일렉트로 루미네선스 표시소자에 있어서, 상기 기판이, 점토입자가 배향하여 적층된 구조를 갖는 점토 박막의 적어도 한쪽 면에 적어도 가스 배리어 무기질층이 적층된 점토 박막 기판으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네선스 표시소자.
- 적어도 전극층이 적층된 2장의 기판 사이에 액정이 협지된 액정표시소자에 있어서, 상기 기판이, 점토입자가 배향하여 적층된 구조를 갖는 점토 박막의 적어도 한쪽 면에 적어도 가스 배리어 무기질층이 적층된 점토 박막 기판으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
