Claims (6)
- 상향류식 망간 접촉탑으로서,입자 형상의 망간촉매가 충전된 망간 촉매 충전층을 가지는 탑본체와,상기 탑본체의 저부에 형성되어 원수(原水)가 유입되는 챔버실과,이 챔버실의 상면에 마련되고, 원수를 상기 망간촉매 충전층에 공급하는 다수의 분산노즐을 포함하고,각 분산노즐은 수직인 노즐본체의 상방에 우산부를 구비하고, 상기 우산부의 하단을 상기 노즐본체의 상단보다도 하방으로 연장시킨 구조인 것인 상향류식 망간 접촉탑.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 분산노즐은, 상기 노즐본체의 주위에 사발 형상(mortar-shaped)의 오목부를 구비하고, 상기 우산부의 하단과 사발 형상의 오목부와의 간극으로부터 원수를 공급하는 구조인 것인 상향류식 망간 접촉탑.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 분산노즐은, 전체 둘레 또는 양측에 수직벽 형상의 세퍼레이터를 구비한 것인 상향류식 망간 접촉탑.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터로 둘러싸인 면적에 대하여, 1000m/일(day) 내지 2500m/일(day)의 속도로 원수를 공급한 경우의, 상기 우산부의 하단으로부터 의 원수의 유속을 0.05㎧ 내지 1.5㎧로 조정한 것인 상향류식 망간 접촉탑.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐본체는 그 하부에 오리피스(orifice)를 구비한 것인 상향류식 망간 접촉탑.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자 형상의 망간 촉매는 β형의 이산화망간인 것인 상향류식 망간 접촉탑.
