Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 가교 중합체의 형성을 위한 전구체로서 디아크릴 아마이드계 화합물을 포함하고 있는 젤 폴리머 전해액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가교 중합체는 디아크릴 아마이드계 단량체 및/또는 올리고머의 가교 반응에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 젤 폴리머 전해액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 디아크릴 아마이드계 화합물과 중합 가능한 화합물을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 젤 폴리머 전해액.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 화합물, 불포화카르본산계 화합물, 비닐계 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 젤 폴리머 전해액.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 화합물은 분자 내 아크릴레이트기가 2 개 이상 포함된 (메타)아크릴레이트계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 젤 폴리머 전해액.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 (메타)아크릴레이트계 화합물은 디아크릴레이트계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 젤 폴리머 전해액.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르계 화합물은 디에틸렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트(diethylene glycol diacrylate; Di(EG)DA), 디에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트(diethylene glycol dimethacrylate; Di(EG)DM, 에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트(ethylene glycol dimethacrylate; EGDM), 디프로필렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트(dipropylene diacrylate; Di(PG)DA), 디프로필렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트(dipropylene glycol dimethacrylate; Di(PG)DM), 에틸렌글리콜 디비닐 에테르(ethylene glycol divinyl ether; EGDVE), 에톡실레이티드 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(ethoxylated(6) trimethylolpropane triacrylate; ETMPTA), 디에틸렌 글리콜 디비닐 에테르(diethylene glycol divinyl ether; Di(EG)DVE), 트리에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트(triethylene glycol dimethacrylate; Tri(EG)DM), 디페타에리쓰리톨 펜타아크릴레이트(dipentaerythritol pentaacrylate; DPentA), 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(trimethylolpropane triacrylate, TMPTA), 트리 메틸올프로판 트리메타크릴레이트(trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate, TMPTM), 프로폭실레이티드(3) 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(propoxylated(3) trimethylolpropane triacrylate; PO(3)TMPTA), 프로폭실레이티드(6) 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(propoxylated(6) trimethylopropane triacrylate; PO(6)TMPTA), 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트(poly (ethylene glycol) diacrylate, PA1) 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트(poly(ethylene glycol) dimethaacrylate)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 젤 폴리머 전해액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전해액에는 중합개시제, 전해액(가소제) 및 리튬염이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 젤 폴리머 전해액.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 전해액 전체 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 10 중량%로 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 젤 폴리머 전해액.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 젤 폴리머 전해액을 포함하는 것으로 구성된 전기화학 소자.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 전기화학 소자는 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 전극조립체를 전지케이스에 장착하는 단계, 가교 중합성 전구체 물질, 중합개시제, 전해액 및 리튬염을 포함하는 혼합액을 전지케이스 내부로 주액하고 밀봉하는 단계, 및 가교 중합성 전구체 물질을 중합하는 단계를 포함하는 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 전지를 활성화하는 화성(formation) 단계 및 활성화된 전지를 안정화시키는 에이징(aging) 단계를 더 포함하는 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 소자.
