Claims (8)
- 록킹 유닛 (17) 을 구비한 내연기관용 캠샤프트 조절 장치 (1) 로서, 상기 록킹 유닛은 록킹하는 그 작동위치에서, 록킹 요소 (18) 가 적어도 하나의 조정방향으로 내연기관의 크랭크샤프트와 구동연결되어 있는 입력요소 (9) 와 내연기관의 캠샤프트와 구동연결되어 있는 출력요소 (11) 사이의 형상 끼워맞춤식 연결을 만들어냄으로써 캠샤프트 조절 장치 (1) 의 조정 각도를 확정하는, 캠샤프트 조절 장치 (1) 에 있어서, 입력요소 (9) 및/또는 출력요소 (11) 는 플라스틱 부품을 수단으로 형성되며 인서트 (26) 를 구비하고, 록킹 요소 (18) 는 록킹하는 작동위치에서 적어도 하나의 조정방향으로 상기 인서트에 기대며, 상기 인서트의 외면 (외부윤곽 (28), 내부윤곽 (27)) 은 록킹력을 상기 플라스틱 부품에 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠샤프트 조절 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 인서트 (26) 는 록킹력의 방향으로 확대된 연장부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠샤프트 조절 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 인서트 (26) 는 록킹력을 적어도 부분적으로 마찰 끼워맞춤으로 상기 플라스틱 부품에 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠샤프트 조절 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인서트 (26) 는 록킹력을 적어도 부분적으로 형상 끼워맞춤으로 상기 플라스틱 부품에 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠샤프트 조절 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 인서트 (26) 와 상기 플라스틱 부품은 재료 결합으로 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠샤프트 조절 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인서트 (26) 는 외부 톱니 (31;32), 돌출부, 리브 또는 리세스를 구비하며, 상기 외부 톱니, 돌출부, 리브 또는 리세스는 상기 플라스틱 부품의 부합하는 대응 톱니, 돌출부, 리브 또는 리세스 안으로 형상 끼워맞춤으로 들어가는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠샤프트 조절 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인서트 (26) 는 50˚와 300˚ 사이의 원주각도에 걸쳐 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠샤프트 조절 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인서트 (26) 는 돌출부 또는 리세스 (37) 를 구비한 환상 디스크로서 형성되며, 상기 돌출부 또는 상기 리세스는 적어도 원주방향으로 형상 끼워맞춤으로 상기 플라스틱 부품의 돌출부 또는 오목부와 상호 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠샤프트 조절 장치 (1).
