Claims (16)
- 상면의 오목부에 의해 캐비티를 구성하는 피스톤과, 그 피스톤의 캐비티 내에 연료를 분사하는 연료 분사 노즐에 의해 구성되는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관에 있어서,연료 분사 노즐의 축 방향의 축심과 분사공의 개구 방향이 이루는 교점을 적어도 연료 분사 노즐의 축 방향에 복수 개 갖는 분사공을 한 세트의 분사공으로 하고,연료 분사 노즐에 복수 세트의 분사공을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 제1항에 있어서,한 세트의 분사공 사이에서, 각 분사공의 지름 혹은 유량이 적어도 하나의 분사공에 대해 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 제1항에 있어서,한 세트의 분사공 사이에서, 각 분사공의 분무각이 적어도 하나의 분사공에 대해 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 제1항에 있어서,한 세트의 분사공 사이에서, 분사공을 갖는 면으로서, 연료 분사 노즐의 축 방향 혹은 피스톤 슬라이드 방향에 직교하는 면이 복수 개 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,연료 분사 노즐의 분사공 위치가, 제조 공차의 범위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 연료 분사 노즐로서, 제1항에 기재된 연료 분사 노즐을 적어도 1개 이상 갖고,피스톤의 연소실의 입구 형상이 오각형 이상의 다각형에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 제6항에 있어서,연소실의 입구 형상이, 다각형의 변이 교차하는 부분을 임의 형상으로 접속하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 제6항에 있어서,연소실의 입구 형상이, 등변 혹은 비등변인 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 제6항에 있어서,연소실의 입구 형상의 중심이, 연소실 중심과 일치 혹은 오프셋되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 제6항에 있어서,연소실의 입구 형상의 변이 원 혹은 타원에 접하는 형상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 제6항에 있어서,연소실 입구 형상을 구성하는 변에 대해, 적어도 하나 이상의 대변이 평행하지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서,연료 분사 노즐의 단면 중심축이 연소실에 대해 동일 선상이 되거나, 혹은 연료 분사 노즐의 연장 방향이 연소실 중심에 대해 교차하는 구성으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서,연료 분사 노즐의 단면 중심축을 연소실에 대해 오프셋 위치에, 혹은 연료 분사 노즐의 연장 방향이 연소실 중심에 대해 틀어진 위치에 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 제2항 내지 제5항에 기재된 노즐과 제6항 내지 제13항에 기재된 연소실을 적어도 1개 이상 조합한 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 제6항에 있어서,다각형상으로 구성된 연소실 입구의 변을 구성하는 부위에, 임의 형상의 절개부를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
- 제6항에 있어서,다각형상으로 구성된 연소실 입구의 정점을 구성하는 부위에, 임의 형상의 절개부를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 분무식 디젤 기관.
