Claims (18)
- 밀폐 용기 내에 압축 요소 및 전동 요소가 수납되고, 상기 전동 요소로 구동되는 크랭크샤프트와 피스톤이 콘로드에 의해 연결되고, 상기 콘로드와 상기 피스톤과의 연결부가 미끄럼 이동하는 구조의 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서,이소부탄(R600a)을 상기 압축 요소로 압축되는 냉매로 이용하고, 분자 중에 에스테르 결합을 갖는 지방산 에스테르유를 냉동기유로 이용한 밀폐형 압축기.
- 밀폐 용기 내에 압축 요소 및 전동 요소가 수납되고, 상기 전동 요소의 동력으로 상기 압축 요소가 구동되고, 상기 전동 요소와 상기 압축 요소 사이에 상대 운동이 저속 왕복 운동이 되는 미끄럼 이동부를 구비한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서,이소부탄(R600a)을 상기 압축 요소로 압축되는 냉매로 이용하고,파렉스 시험에 의한 소부 한계 하중을 응력으로 환산한 값이 상기 저속 왕복 운동이 되는 미끄럼 이동부에 있어서의 접촉 응력으로서 환산된 헤르츠 응력보다도 커지는 지방산 에스테르유를 냉동기유로 이용한 밀폐형 압축기.
- 밀폐 용기 내에 압축 요소 및 전동 요소가 수납되고, 상기 전동 요소로 구동되는 크랭크샤프트와 피스톤이 콘로드에 의해 연결되고, 상기 콘로드와 상기 피스톤과의 연결부가 미끄럼 이동하는 구조의 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서,이소부탄(R600a)을 상기 압축 요소로 압축되는 냉매로 이용하고,파렉스 시험에 의한 소부 한계 하중을 응력으로 환산한 값이 상기 연결부에 있어서의 접촉 응력으로서 환산된 헤르츠 응력보다도 커지는 지방산 에스테르유를 냉동기유로 이용한 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연결부에 있어서의 접촉 면압이 10 ㎫ 이상이고, 상기 연결부에 냉동기유가 공급 가능한 구조를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 파렉스 시험에 의한 소부 한계 하중이 3000 N 이상이 되는 냉동기유를 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 파렉스 시험에 의한 소부 한계 하중이 3000 N 이상이 되는 냉동기유를 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 냉동기유의 점도가 40 ℃에 있어서의 동점성 계수로 5 내지 15 cSt가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉동기유로서, 기포 생성성이 50 ㎖ 이하, 기포 안정성이 10 ㎖ 이하인 지방산 에스테르유를 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 냉동기유로서, 기포 생성성이 50 ㎖ 이하, 기포 안정성이 10 ㎖ 이하인 지방산 에스테르유를 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 지방산 에스테르유로서 불포화 지방산으로 이루어지는 지방산 에스테르유를 포함하고, 산화 방지제가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제1항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항, 제6항 중 어느 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤과 상기 콘로드와의 연결부는 상기 피스톤 내부의 내구면과 상기 콘로드의 구체부를 볼 조인트 방식에 의해 연결되어 있고,상기 콘로드에는 상기 크랭크샤프트의 편심부로부터 상기 연결부까지 연통하여 상기 연결부에 냉동기유를 공급하는 관통 구멍이 마련되고,상기 피스톤의 내구면과 상기 콘로드의 구체부와의 접촉면에 냉동기유가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤과 상기 콘로드와의 연결부는 상기 피스톤의 내부의 내구면과 상기 콘로드의 구체부를 볼 조인트 방식에 의해 연결되어 있고,상기 콘로드에는 상기 크랭크샤프트의 편심부로부터 상기 연결부까지 연통하여 상기 연결부에 냉동기유를 공급하는 관통 구멍이 설치되고,상기 피스톤의 내구면과 상기 콘로드의 구체부와의 접촉면에 냉동기유가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 및 상기 콘로드에는 수증기 처리에 의해 사삼산화철의 형성에 의해 밀봉된 철계의 소결재, 혹은 수증기 처리와 가스 연질화 처리의 복합 처리를 실시한 철계 소결재를 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤과 상기 콘로드와의 연결부에 있어서의 상기 콘로드의 미끄럼 이동면의 십점 평균 거칠기(Rz)를 0.1 ㎛ 내지 2.2 ㎛로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤과 상기 콘로드와의 연결부에 있어서의 양자의 클리어런스 치수를 3 ㎛ 내지 10 ㎛로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 밀폐 용기 내에 압축 요소 및 전동 요소가 수납되고, 상기 전동 요소로 구동되는 크랭크샤프트와 피스톤이 콘로드에 의해 연결되고, 상기 압축 요소 내에 미끄럼 이동부를 갖는 밀폐형 압축기에 응축기, 감압 기구 및 증발기가 직접적으로 접속된 냉동 장치에 있어서,이소부탄(R600a)을 상기 압축 요소로 압축되는 냉매로 이용하고, 분자 중에 에스테르 결합을 갖는 지방산 에스테르유를 냉동기유로 이용한 냉동 장치.
- 밀폐 용기 내에 압축 요소 및 전동 요소가 수납되고, 상기 전동 요소로 구동되는 크랭크샤프트와 피스톤이 콘로드에 의해 연결되고, 상기 압축 요소 내에 미끄럼 이동부를 갖는 밀폐형 압축기와,상기 밀폐형 압축기와 단열벽을 사이에 둔 단열 공간 내부에 배치되고 상기 밀폐형 압축기와 함께 냉동 사이클을 구성하는 증발기를 구비하고,상기 압축 요소로 압축되고, 또한 상기 증발기에서 증발하는 냉매로서 이소 부탄(R600a)을 이용하고,냉동기유로서, 분자 중에 에스테르 결합을 갖는 지방산 에스테르유를 이용한 냉장고.
