Abstract
Description
[冷媒圧縮機の構成]
まず、本開示の実施の形態1に係る密閉型冷媒圧縮機の代表的な構成例について、図1および図2を参照して具体的に説明する。図1は、本開示の実施の形態1に係る密閉型冷媒圧縮機100(以下、基本的には冷媒圧縮機100と略す。)の構成の一例を示す模式的断面図である。図2は、冷媒圧縮機100が備える軸部であるクランクシャフト108の構成の一例を示す模式的側面図である。
次に、本開示に係る軸部摺動部の具体的な構成の一例について、図3A~図3Cを参照して具体的に説明する。図3Aは、図2に示すクランクシャフト108において、摺動面が単一面である場合の構成の一例を示す模式図であり、図3Bおよび図3Cは、図2に示すクランクシャフト108において、摺動面が複数の面に分割されている場合の構成の一例を示す模式図である。
次に、密閉容器101内に貯留されている潤滑油103のより具体的な構成について具体的に説明する。
本実施の形態2では、前記実施の形態1で説明した冷媒圧縮機100を備える冷凍・冷蔵装置の一例について、図4を参照して具体的に説明する。図4は、前記実施の形態1に係る冷媒圧縮機100を備える冷凍・冷蔵装置の概略構成を模式的に示している。そのため、本実施の形態2では、冷凍・冷蔵装置の基本構成の概略についてのみ説明する。
以下の実施例では、質量分子量が500以上である高分子量成分を含有する低粘度の潤滑油103(本実施例の潤滑油103)として、40℃での動粘度が2.7mm2 /Sであり、実施例3を除いて高分子量成分の含有量が2.0質量%である鉱油を用いた。なお、本実施例の潤滑油103では、主成分および高分子量成分のいずれも鉱油である。
本実施例の潤滑油103の分子量分布をGPC法により測定した。その結果を図5Aに示す。なお、図5Aの分子量分布グラフでは、縦軸が微分モル質量分布(dW/dlogM)であり横軸が質量分子量である。また、GPC法の条件は、検出器として示差屈折率検出器RIを、カラムとして直径6.0mm×長さ15cmのものを、溶媒としてテトラヒドロフラン(THF)を、標準試料として単分散ポリスチレンを用い、流速0.45mL/分、カラム温度40℃とした。
従来の潤滑油(JXTGエネルギー株式会社製、商品名FREOL S3)の分子量分布を実施例1と同様にしてGPC法により測定した。その結果を図5Bに示す。なお、図5Bの分子量分布グラフでも、図5Aと同様に、縦軸が微分モル質量分布(dW/dlogM)であり横軸が質量分子量である。
本実施例の潤滑油103に含有される高分子量成分のみについて、その分子量分布を実施例1と同様にしてGPC法により測定した。その結果を図5Cに示す。なお、図5Cの分子量分布グラフでも、図5Aと同様に、縦軸が微分モル質量分布(dW/dlogM)であり横軸が質量分子量である。
冷媒圧縮機100において本実施例の潤滑油103(実施例1参照)を用いるとともに、クランクシャフト108の比率L/Dを0.3~2.5の範囲内で変化させて、摺動部の摩擦係数を評価した。その結果を図6において実線で示す。なお、図6のグラフでは、縦軸が摩擦係数であり横軸が比率L/Dである。また、クランクシャフト108の摺動部における摩擦係数は、ロードセルによる摩擦力測定法にて測定した。
冷媒圧縮機100において従来の潤滑油(比較例1参照)を用いるとともに、クランクシャフト108の比率L/Dを0.3~2.5の範囲内で変化させて、摺動部の摩擦係数を評価した。その結果を図6において破線で示す。
本実施例の潤滑油103において、高分子量成分の含有量を0質量%~約8質量%の範囲内で変化させて、冷媒圧縮機100の成績係数を評価した。その結果を図7に示す。なお、図7のグラフでは、縦軸が成績係数であり、横軸が高分子量成分の含有量である。また、成績係数(COP)は、消費エネルギー(入力)に対する冷凍能力の比(冷凍能力/入力)である。
図5A~図5Cの対比から明らかなように、本実施例の潤滑油103は、図5Aのブロック矢印に示すように、図5Cに対応する高分子量成分を0.5質量%以下で含有しているが、従来の潤滑油には高分子量成分は含有されていない。

Claims (10)
- 潤滑油を貯留する密閉容器と、当該密閉容器内に収容される電動要素および当該電動要素により駆動され冷媒を圧縮する圧縮要素と、を備え、
前記潤滑油は、40℃での動粘度が1mm2 /S~7mm2 /Sであり、かつ、その平均質量分子量が150~400であるとともに、高分子量成分を0.5質量%以上含有するものであり、
前記高分子量成分は、その質量分子量が500以上であり、
前記圧縮要素は、
軸部として、主軸および偏心軸を有するクランクシャフトと、
前記軸部を軸支する軸受部として、前記主軸を軸支する主軸受および前記偏心軸を軸支する偏心軸受と、を備え、
前記主軸における前記主軸受との摺動面は、前記軸受部の内周面に接しないように凹んだ非摺動外周面を介して第一摺動面および第二摺動面に分割されており、
前記第一摺動面および前記第二摺動面のうち、軸方向長さが最少である摺動面の当該軸方向長さを単一摺動長さLとしたときに、
当該単一摺動長さLと前記主軸の外径Dとの比率L/Dが2.0以下であることを特徴とする、
密閉型冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記比率L/Dは0.4以上であることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の密閉型冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記潤滑油は油性剤を含有することを特徴とする
請求項1または2に記載の密閉型冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記油性剤がエステル系化合物であることを特徴とする、
請求項3に記載の密閉型冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記潤滑油は、その留出温度300℃での蒸留分率が0.1%以上で終点が440℃以上であることを特徴とする、
請求項1または4のいずれか1項に記載の密閉型冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記潤滑油は、硫黄元素重量に換算したときに100ppm以上の摺動性改質剤を含有することを特徴とする、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の密閉型冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記潤滑油は、リン系の極圧添加剤を含有することを特徴とする、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の密閉型冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記潤滑油は、鉱油、アルキルベンゼン油、およびエステル油からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の密閉型冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記電動要素は、複数の運転周波数でインバータ駆動されることを特徴とする、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の密閉型冷媒圧縮機。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の密閉型冷媒圧縮機と、放熱器と、減圧装置と、吸熱器とを含み、これらを配管によって環状に連結した冷媒回路を備えることを特徴とする、
