Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 쌍롤식 연속 주조법에 의해 주조 및 냉간 압연된 판 두께 0.5 내지 3㎜의 Al-Mg계 알루미늄 합금판으로서, 질량%로, Mg: 8% 초과 14% 이하, Fe: 1.0% 이하 및 Si: 0.5% 이하를 포함하고, 알루미늄 합금판의 평균 도전율이 20 IACS% 이상 26 IACS% 미만의 범위이고, 알루미늄 합금판의 재질 특성으로서, 강도 연성 밸런스(인장 강도×전체 신도)가 11000(MPa%) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 합금판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 합금판이, 질량%로, Mn: 0.3% 이하, Cr: 0.3% 이하, Zr: 0.3% 이하, V: 0.3% 이하, Ti: 0.1% 이하, Cu: 1.0% 이하 및 Zn: 1.0% 이하 중 적어도 1종을 추가로 포함하는 알루미늄 합금판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 강도 연성 밸런스가 12000(MPa%) 이상인 알루미늄 합금판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 합금판이, 상기 쌍롤식 연속 주조 시에, 질량%로, Mg: 8 내지 14%, Fe: 1.0% 이하 및 Si: 0.5% 이하를 포함하고, 잔부가 Al 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 용탕을, 회전하는 한 쌍의 쌍롤에 주탕하고, 이 쌍롤의 냉각 속도를 100 ℃/s 이상으로 하여 판 두께 1 내지 13㎜의 범위로 연속적으로 주조하여 제조된 것인 알루미늄 합금판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 합금판이, 상기 쌍롤 표면에 윤활제를 이용하지 않고 주조된 것인 알루미늄 합금판.
- 쌍롤식 연속 주조 방법에 의해, 질량%로, Mg: 8% 초과 14% 이하, Fe: 1.0% 이하 및 Si: 0.5% 이하를 포함하고, 판 두께가 1 내지 13㎜인 알루미늄 합금 판상 주괴를 수득하고, 이 주괴를 냉간 압연하여 판 두께 0.5 내지 3㎜의 알루미늄 합금 박판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 쌍롤에 주탕 후에 상기 판상 주괴 중심부가 응고하기까지의 평균 냉각 속도를 50℃/s 이상으로 하여 주조하고, 또한 그 후의 공정에서 상기 판상 주괴 또는 박판을 400℃ 이상의 온도로 가열하는데 있어서는, 상기 판상 주괴 또는 박판의 중심부의 온도가 200℃로부터 400℃까지의 범위일 때의 평균 승온 속도를 5℃/s 이상으로 하고, 200℃를 초과하는 온도로부터 판상 주괴 또는 박판을 냉각하는데 있어서는, 200℃의 온도까지의 평균 냉각 속도를 5℃/s 이상으로 하여 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 합금판의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 판상 주괴의 주조 직후로부터 200℃까지의 온도 범위를 평균 냉각 속도 5℃/s 이상으로 하여 냉각하는 알루미늄 합금의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 판상 주괴를, 냉간 압연 전에 400℃ 이상 액상선 온도 이하에서 균질화 열처리하는데 있어서, 주괴 중심부의 온도가 200℃로부터 400℃까지의 범위일 때의 평균 승온 속도를 5℃/s 이상으로 하고, 균질화 열처리 온도로부터 100℃까지의 범위에서의 평균 냉각 속도를 5℃/s 이상으로 하는 알루미늄 합금판의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 냉간 압연을, 주조 후에 온도가 300℃ 이상인 상기 판상 주괴에 대하여 행하고, 냉간 압연 중의 판의 평균 냉각 속도를 50℃/s 이상으로 하거나, 냉간 압연 후의 판을 평균 냉각 속도 5℃/s 이상으로 냉각하는 알루미늄 합금판의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 냉간 압연 후에, 400℃ 이상 액상선 온도 이하에서 최종 어닐링하는데 있어서, 판 중심부의 온도가 200℃로부터 400℃까지의 범위일 때의 평균 승온 속도를 5℃/s 이상으로 하고, 최종 어닐링 온도로부터 100℃까지의 범위에서의 평균 냉각 속도를 5℃/s 이상으로 하는 알루미늄 합금판의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 합금 판상 주괴가, 질량%로, Mn: 0.3% 이하, Cr: 0.3% 이하, Zr: 0.3% 이하, V: 0.3% 이하, Ti: 0.1% 이하, Cu: 1.0% 이하 및 Zn: 1.0% 이하로 각각 규제된 알루미늄 합금판의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 합금 판상 주괴가, 상기 쌍롤 표면에 윤활제를 이용하지 않고 주조된 것인 알루미늄 합금판의 제조방법.
