Claims (5)
- 실린더 본체(2l)의 개구 단부에 설치되는 단부판 부재(50)와,이 단부판 부재(50)에 설치되는 컵형 머플러(40)와,상기 머플러(40)를 상기 단부판 부재(50)에 고정하는 고정 부재(35)를 구비하고,상기 머플러(40)는 상기 단부판 부재(50)의 본체부(51)의 외주면(51b)에 끼워 넣어지는 주위벽(41)을 갖고,상기 고정 부재(35)의 근방에 있어서, 상기 머플러(40)의 상기 주위벽(41)의 내주면(41a)과, 상기 단부판 부재(50)의 상기 본체부(51)의 외주면(51b)은 헐거운 끼워 맞춤인 한편,상기 고정 부재(35)로부터 이격된 부분에 있어서, 상기 머플러(40)의 상기 주위벽(41)의 내주면(41a)과, 상기 단부판 부재(50)의 상기 본체부(51)의 외주면(51b)은 억지 끼워 맞춤인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 머플러 설치 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 머플러(40)는 상기 고정 부재(35)에 의해 상기 단부판 부재(50)의 상기 본체부(51)의 단부면(51c)에 접촉되어 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 머플러 설치 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 머플러(40)의 상기 주위벽(41)은, 상기 고정 부재(35) 에 의해 상기 단부판 부재(50)의 상기 본체부(51)의 외주면(51b)에 접촉되어 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 머플러 설치 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단부판 부재(50)에 상기 머플러(40)를 설치하기 전의 상태에서,상기 단부판 부재(50)의 상기 본체부(51)의 외주면(51b)의 형상은 축 방향으로부터 보아 대략 진원이고,상기 머플러(40)의 상기 주위벽(41)의 내주면(41a)의 형상은 축 방향으로부터 보아 대략 타원이고,상기 머플러(40)의 상기 주위벽(41)의 내주면(41a)의 대략 타원의 긴 직경(Ld1)은 상기 단부판 부재(50)의 상기 본체부(51)의 외주면(51b)의 대략 진원의 직경(D1)보다 크고,상기 머플러(40)의 상기 주위벽(41)의 내주면(41a)의 대략 타원의 짧은 직경(Sd1)은 상기 단부판 부재(50)의 상기 본체부(51)의 외주면(51b)의 대략 진원의 직경(D1)보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 머플러 설치 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단부판 부재(50)에 상기 머플러(40)를 설치하기 전의 상태에서,상기 단부판 부재(50)의 상기 본체부(51)의 외주면(51b)의 형상은 축 방향으 로부터 보아 대략 타원이고,상기 머플러(40)의 상기 주위벽(41)의 내주면(41a)의 형상은 축 방향으로부터 보아 대략 진원이고,상기 단부판 부재(50)의 상기 본체부(51)의 외주면(51b)의 대략 타원의 긴 직경(Ld2)은 상기 머플러(40)의 상기 주위벽(41)의 내주면(41a)의 대략 진원의 직경(D2)보다 크고,상기 단부판 부재(50)의 상기 본체부(51)의 외주면(51b)의 대략 타원의 짧은 직경(Sd2)은 상기 머플러(40)의 상기 주위벽(41)의 내주면(41a)의 대략 진원의 직경(D2)보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 머플러 설치 구조.
