Claims (15)
- 소르비톨 에스테르, 에톡시화 소르비톨 에스테르, 방향족 에톡실레이트, 알코올 에톡실레이트, 아미드 계면활성제, 포스페이트 에스테르, 포스포네이트 에스테르, 알킬 설페이트, 알킬 에테르 설페이트, 설포숙시네이트, 알킬 에테르 카르복실레이트, 이미다졸린 유도체, 베타인, 술타인, 아미노프로피오네이트, 및 이의 조합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 윤활제, 및 가공 오일과 혼합된 비충전 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌(UHMWPE)을 포함하는 제조물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 윤활제가 소르비톨 에스테르, 에톡시화 소르비톨 에스테르, 방향족 에톡실레이트, 알코올 에톡실레이트, 포스페이트 에스테르, 포스포네이트 에스테르, 및 이의 조합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 제조물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌이 분자량이 2x106 보다 큰 것이 특징인 제조물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌이 분자량이 5x106 보다 큰 것이 특징인 제조물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제조물품이 다공율이 30% 이상인 미세다공성 막인 것이 특징인 제조물품.
- 제1항에 기재된 제조물품을 함유하는 미세다공성 막을 포함하는 배터리 격리판.
- 제6항에 있어서, 배터리가 리튬 배터리인 것이 특징인 배터리 격리판.
- 소르비톨 에스테르, 에톡시화 소르비톨 에스테르, 방향족 에톡실레이트, 알코올 에톡실레이트, 아미드 계면활성제, 포스페이트 에스테르, 포스포네이트 에스테르, 알킬 설페이트, 알킬 에테르 설페이트, 설포숙시네이트, 알킬 에테르 카르복실레이트, 이미다졸린 유도체, 베타인, 술타인, 아미노프로피오네이트, 및 이의 조합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 윤활제, 가공 오일, 및 비충전 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌을 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 단계로부터의 혼합물을 압출하는 단계를 포함하는, 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌(UHMWPE) 물품의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 압출된 혼합물로부터 가공 오일을 추출하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌(UHMWPE) 물품의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 혼합물의 압출이 나사 압출기, 브라벤더 압출기 및 블로운 필름 압출기로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 장치에서 수행되는 것이 특징인 초고분자량(UHMWPE) 물품의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 가공 오일 대 윤활제의 중량비가 3:1 내지 1:3 범위인 것이 특징인 초고분자량(UHMWPE) 물품의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, UHMWPE가 혼합물의 80중량% 이하인 것이 특징인 초고분자량(UHMWPE) 물품의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 윤활제가 소르비톨 에스테르, 에톡시화 소르비톨 에스테르, 방향족 에톡실레이트, 알코올 에톡실레이트, 포스페이트 에스테르, 포스포네이트 에스테르, 및 이의 조합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 초고분자량(UHMWPE) 물품의 제조방법.
- 가공오일과 혼합된 비충전 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌(UHMWPE), 및 PEG 에스테르로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 윤활제를 포함하고, 가공오일 대 윤활제의 비가 3:1 내지 1:3인 제조물품.
- 가공오일과 혼합된 비충전 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌(UHMWPE), 및 PEG 에스테르로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 윤활제를 포함하고, 윤활제가 혼합물의 10.5 내지 15중량% 범위로 존재하는 제조물품.
