Claims (8)
- 저융점 유리 분말과 유기 비히클을 포함한 유리 페이스트로서, 상기 저융점 유리가, 실질적으로 Pb를 함유하지 않고, 하기 성분을 산화물 환산의 몰%로 표시하여 하기 비율로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오버코트용 유리 페이스트.SiO2 : 20∼50%Al2O3 : 0.5∼10%BaO 및 SrO로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 : 5∼35%ZnO : 5∼35%TiO2: 1∼10%Li2O, Na2O 및 K2O로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 : 1∼13%B2O3 : 0∼20%WO3 및 MoO3로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 : 0∼5%
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Ba/Zn가 몰비로 2.0 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 오버코트용 유리 페이스트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 저융점 유리의 영률이 85GPa 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 오버코트용 유리 페이스트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화물 필러를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오버코트용 유리 페이스트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 산화물 필러가, WO3, CaWO4, TiO2, SnO2, La2O3, MoO3, Ta2O5, Nb2O5, ZrO2, Al2O3, Nd2O3, CeO2로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 오버코트용 유리 페이스트.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 산화물 필러의 함유량이, 상기 저융점 유리 분말 100중량부에 대해서 0.5∼20중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 오버코트용 유리 페이스트.
- 1쌍의 전극과, 이것에 적어도 일부 겹치도록 형성된 후막 저항체와, 후막 저항체를 피복하는 오버코트층이 절연 기판상에 형성되어 이루어지는 후막 저항소자에 있어서, 오버코트층이 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 오버코트용 유리 페이스트를 이용하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 후막 저항소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 후막 저항체가, 납성분을 함유하지 않는 유리 매트 릭스중에 납성분을 함유하지 않는 루테늄계 도전상과 MSi2Al2O8 결정(M: Ba 및/또는 Sr)이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 후막 저항소자.
