Claims (7)
- 절연재료로 이루어지고 본체부와 본체부로부터 돌출된 편평한 형상의 접속부를 갖는 베이스, 각각 도전재료로 이루어지고 접속부의 일면에 있어서 접속부의 폭방향으로 나란히 유지된 접촉부를 갖는 5개의 제1포스트, 및, 베이스의 본체부에 결합하여 접속부를 수납하는 끼워맞춤 오목부를 베이스의 본체부와 함께 형성하는 셸을 갖고, USB 규격의 Mini-A 플러그와 Mini-B 플러그를 함께 접속할 수 있는 치수 형상의 리셉터클과,리셉터클의 접속부가 삽입되는 접속 오목부가 형성되어 끼워맞춤 오목부에 끼워맞추는 끼워맞춤부를 갖는 보디, 및, 각각 도전재료로 이루어지고 접속 오목부 내에 유지되어 베이스의 접속부가 보디의 접속 오목부에 삽입되었을 때에 제1포스트의 접촉부에 일대일로 접촉 도통하는 접촉부를 갖는 5개의 제1콘택트를 갖는 플러그를 구비하는 커넥터로서,리셉터클은, 각각 도전재료로 이루어지고 접속부에 있어서 제1포스트의 반대면에 있어서 접속부의 돌출방향에 교차하는 방향으로 나란히 유지된 접촉부를 갖는 복수의 제2포스트를 갖고,플러그는, 각각 도전재료로 이루어지고 보디의 접속 오목부 내에 유지되어 접속부가 보디의 접속 오목부에 삽입되었을 때에 제2포스트의 접촉부에 접촉 도통하는 접촉부를 갖는 복수의 제2콘택트를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2콘택트의 접촉부는 접속 오목부의 내측으로 탄성적으로 돌출되고, 제2콘택트의 접촉부와 제2포스트의 접촉부의 접촉압이 제2콘택트의 접촉부의 탄성력에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1포스트의 접촉부는, 접속부의 두께방향으로 탄성적으로 돌출됨과 아울러, 선단 부근에 있어서 선단을 접속부측을 향해 구부리고, 접속부에는 제1포스트의 접촉부가 탄성 변형되었을 때에 제1포스트의 선단부가 수납되는 퇴피 오목부가 형성되고,제2포스트의 선단은 퇴피 오목부보다 끼워맞춤 오목부의 보다 깊은 곳에 위치하고, 접속부에 있어서 퇴피 오목부가 형성된 면의 반대면에는, 접속부에 있어서 제2포스트의 접촉부에 대향하는 부위보다 접속부의 두께방향으로 돌출하며 돌출 치수가 제2포스트의 접촉부의 두께 치수보다 작은 보강 볼록부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플러그를 USB 규격의 Mini-AB 리셉터클의 끼워맞춤 오목부에 대하여 삽입할 수 없게 하는 저지부가 플러그에 설치되고, 저지부가 수납되는 수용부가 리셉터클의 끼워맞춤 오목부에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리셉터클의 접속부에는 제2포스트의 접촉부가 수납되는 수 납 홈이 형성되고, 제2포스트의 접촉부의, 수납 홈의 저면으로부터의 돌출 치수를, 수납 홈의 깊이 치수보다 작게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플러그의 끼워맞춤부는, USB 규격의 Mini-A 플러그의 끼워맞춤부나 Mini-B 플러그의 끼워맞춤부보다 두께방향의 치수가 크게 형성되고, 리셉터클의 끼워맞춤 오목부는, USB 규격의 Mini-AB 리셉터클의 끼워맞춤 오목부보다 두께방향의 치수가 크게 형성되어 플러그의 끼워맞춤부가 끼워맞춰지는 것으로서,리셉터클의 끼워맞춤 오목부의 내면에는, USB 규격의 Mini-A 플러그의 끼워맞춤부에 있어서 두께방향의 치수가 작은 부위를 두께방향의 양측으로부터 약간 간극을 두고 끼우는 제1끼움부와, USB 규격의 Mini-B 플러그의 끼워맞춤부에 있어서 두께방향의 치수가 큰 부위를 두께방향의 양측으로부터 약간 간극을 두고 끼우는 제2끼움부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2포스트는 각각 베이스의 본체부를 사이에 두고 접속부의 반대측에 배치되어서 프린트 배선판에의 실장에 이용되는 단자부를 갖고, 제2포스트의 단자부는 접속부의 폭방향에 있어서 제1포스트의 단자부를 끼우는 양측에 각각 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
