Claims (20)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Ar1 내지 Ar4은 서로 독립적으로 페닐기, 메틸페닐기, 다이메틸기, 트리메틸기, 에틸페닐기, 에틸비페닐기, o-, m- 및 p-플루오로페닐기, 디클로로페닐기, 디시아노페닐기, 트리플루오로메톡시페닐기, o-, m-, 및 p-토릴기, o-, m- 및 p-쿠메닐기, 메시틸기, 페녹시페닐기, (α,α-디메틸벤젠)페닐기, (N,N'-디메틸)아미노페닐기, (N,N'-디페닐)아미노페닐기, 펜타레닐기, 인데닐기, 나프틸기, 메틸나프틸기, 안트라세닐기, 아즈레닐기, 헵타레닐기, 아세나프틸레닐 기, 페나레닐기, 플루오레닐기, 안트라퀴놀일기, 메틸안트릴기, 페난트릴기, 트리페닐렌기, 피레닐기, 크리세닐기, 에틸-크리세닐기, 피세닐기, 페릴레닐기, 클로로페릴레닐기, 펜타페닐기, 펜타세닐기, 테트라페닐레닐기, 헥사페닐기, 헥사세닐기, 루비세닐기, 코로네릴기, 트리나프틸레닐기, 헵타페닐기, 헵타세닐기, 피란트레닐기, 오바레닐기, 카르바졸릴기, C1-C5 알킬기가 치환된 카르바졸릴기, 비페닐기, C1-C5 알킬기가 치환된 비페닐기, C1-C5 알콕시기가 치환된 비페닐기, 티오페닐기, 인돌일기, 또는 피리딜기인 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아릴아민계 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Ar1 내지 Ar4은 서로 독립적으로 C1-C5 알킬기, C1-C5 알콕시기, 시아노기, 페녹시기, 페닐기 및 할로겐 원자중에서 선택된 1 내지 3개 치환기를 갖는 아릴기이고, 상기 아릴기가 페닐기 및 나프틸기중에서 선택된 1 내지 3환의 방향족 고리인 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아릴아민계 화합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, Ar1 내지 Ar4는 서로 동일하게 페닐기, O-톨일기, m-톨일기, p-톨일기, 3,5-디메틸페닐기, 4-클로로페닐기, 3-클로로페닐기, 2-클로로페닐기, 4-메톡시페닐기, 3-메톡시페닐기, 2-메톡시페닐기, 4-부틸페닐기, 4-에틸페닐기, 3-에틸페닐기, 2-에틸페닐기, 3,5-디에틸페닐기, 4-이소프로필페닐기, 3-이소프로필페닐기, 2-이소프로필페닐기, 3,5-디이소프로필페닐기, 4-브로모페닐기, 3-브로모페닐기, 2-브로모페닐기, 4-옥틸페닐기, 3-옥틸페닐기, 2-옥틸페닐기, 2,4-디옥틸페닐기, 2,6-디메틸페닐기, 2,4,4-트리메틸페닐기, 2,6-디메틸페닐기, 2,4,6-트리메틸페닐기, 1-나프틸기, 2-나프틸기, 1-안트라세닐기 및 2-안트라세닐기중에서 선택되고,R은 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아릴아민계 화합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 Ar1 및 Ar2는 서로 동일하게 페닐기, 4-부틸페닐기, p-톨일기, m-톨일기, o-톨일기, 3,5-디메틸페닐기, 4-시아노페닐기, 4-메톡시페닐기, 2,4-디메틸페닐기, 및 2,4,6-트리메틸페닐기중에서 선택되고,상기 Ar3 및 Ar4는 서로 동일하게 페닐기, 4-메톡시페닐기, p-톨일기, o-톨일기, p-톨일기, 1-나프틸기, 2-나프틸기, 1-안트라세닐기 및 2-안트라세닐기중에 서 선택되고,R은 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아릴아민계 화합물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 Ar1 내지 Ar4는 동일하게 동일하게 페닐기, O-톨일기, m-톨일기, p-톨일기, 3,5-디메틸페닐기, 4-클로로페닐기, 3-클로로페닐기, 2-클로로페닐기, 4-메톡시페닐기, 3-메톡시페닐기, 2-메톡시페닐기, 4-부틸페닐기, 4-에틸페닐기, 3-에틸페닐기, 2-에틸페닐기, 3,5-디에틸페닐기, 4-이소프로필페닐기, 3-이소프로필페닐기, 2-이소프로필페닐기, 3,5-디이소프로필페닐기, 4-브로모페닐기, 3-브로모페닐기, 2-브로모페닐기, 4-옥틸페닐기, 3-옥틸페닐기, 2-옥틸페닐기, 2,4-디옥틸페닐기, 2,6-디메틸페닐기, 2,4,4-트리메틸페닐기, 2,6-디메틸페닐기, 2,4,6-트리메틸페닐기, 1-나프틸기, 2-나프틸기, 1-안트라세닐기 및 2-안트라세닐기중에서 선택되고,R은 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아릴아민계 화합물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 Ar1 및 Ar2는 서로 동일하게 페닐기, 4-부틸페닐기, p-톨일기, m-톨일기, o-톨일기, 3,5-디메틸페닐기, 4-시아노페닐기, 4-메톡시페닐기, 2,4-디메틸페닐기, 및 2,4,6-트리메틸페닐기중에서 선택되고,상기 Ar3 및 Ar4는 모두 동일하게 페닐기, 4-메톡시페닐기, p-톨일기, o-톨일기, p-톨일기, 1-나프틸기, 2-나프틸기, 1-안트라세닐기 및 2-안트라세닐기중에서 선택되고,R은 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아릴아민계 화합물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 Ar1 내지 Ar4는 서로 동일하게 페닐기, O-톨일기, m-톨일기, p-톨일기, 3,5-디메틸페닐기, 4-클로로페닐기, 3-클로로페닐기, 2-클로로페닐기, 4-메톡시페닐기, 3-메톡시페닐기, 2-메톡시페닐기, 4-부틸페닐기, 4-에틸페닐기, 3-에틸페닐기, 2-에틸페닐기, 3,5-디에틸페닐기, 4-이소프로필페닐기, 3-이소프로필페닐기, 2-이소프로필페닐기, 3,5-디이소프로필페닐기, 4-브로모페닐기, 3-브로모페닐기, 2-브로모페닐기, 4-옥틸페닐기, 3-옥틸페닐기, 2-옥틸페닐기, 2,4-디옥틸페닐기, 2,6-디메틸페닐기, 2,4,4-트리메틸페닐기, 2,6-디메틸페닐기, 2,4,6-트리메틸페닐기, 1-나프틸기, 2-나프틸기, 1-안트라세닐기 및 2-안트라세닐기중에서 선택되고,R은 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아릴아민계 화합물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 Ar1 및 Ar2는 서로 동일하게 페닐기, 4-부틸페닐기, p-톨일기, m-톨일기, o-톨일기, 3,5-디메틸페닐기, 4-시아노페닐기, 4-메톡시페닐기, 2,4-디메틸페닐기, 및 2,4,6-트리메틸페닐기중에서 선택되고,상기 Ar3 및 Ar4는 모두 동일하게 페닐기, 4-메톡시페닐기, p-톨일기, o-톨일기, p-톨일기, 1-나프틸기, 2-나프틸기, 1-안트라세닐기 및 2-안트라세닐기중에서 선택되고,R은 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아릴아민계 화합물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 반응이 Pd2(dba)3(dba = dibenzylideneacetone), 소듐 터트부톡사이드 및 트리(터트부틸)포스핀 존재하에서 실시되며, 반응온도는 50 내지 150-인 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 1로 표시되는 트리아릴아민계 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 반응 온도가 0 내지 -78℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 1로 표시되는 트리아릴아민계 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1전극 및 제2전극 사이에 위치하는 유기막을 구비하는 유기 발광 표시 소자에 있어서,상기 유기막이 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항의 트리아릴아민계 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 표시 소자.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 유기막이 정공주입층 또는 정공수송층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 표시 소자.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 유기막이 정공 주입층 또는 정공수송층이고,상기 소자가 제1전극/정공수송층/발광층/제2전극, 제1전극/정공주입층/정공수송층/발광층/전자수송층/제2전극 또는 제1전극/정공주입층/정공수송층/발광층/전자수송층/전자주입층/제2전극 적층 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 표시 소자.
