Claims (12)
- 하기 화학식 1의 화합물.[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서, R1 내지 R13은 각각 독립적으로 -H, -F, -Cl, -Br, -I, -OH, -SH, -COOH, -PO3H2, -NH2, -NO2, -O(CH2CH2O)nH (이때, n은 1~5의 정수), C1~C12의 알킬기, C1~C12의 아미노알킬기, C1~C12의 히드록시알킬기, C1~C12의 할로알킬기, C2~C12의 알케닐기, C1~C12의 알콕시기, C1~C12의 알킬아미노기, C1~C12의 다이알킬아미노기, C6~C18의 아릴기, C6~C18의 아미노아릴기, C6~C18의 히드록시아릴기, C6~C18의 할로아릴기, C7~C18의 벤질기, C7~C18의 아미노벤질기, C7~C18의 히드록시벤질기, C7~C18의 할로벤질기, 또는 니트릴기(-CN)이며;R4 내지 R13 중 적어도 하나 이상은 니트릴기(-CN) 이다.
- (ⅰ) 리튬염, (ⅱ) 용매, 및 (ⅲ) 하기 화학식 1의 화합물을 함유하는 비수전해액.[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서, R1 내지 R13은 각각 독립적으로 -H, -F, -Cl, -Br, -I, -OH, -SH, -COOH, -PO3H2, -NH2, -NO2, -O(CH2CH2O)nH (이때, n은 1~5의 정수), C1~C12의 알킬기, C1~C12의 아미노알킬기, C1~C12의 히드록시알킬기, C1~C12의 할로알킬기, C2~C12의 알케닐기, C1~C12의 알콕시기, C1~C12의 알킬아미노기, C1~C12의 다이알킬아미노기, C6~C18의 아릴기, C6~C18의 아미노아릴기, C6~C18의 히드록시아릴기, C6~C18의 할로아릴기, C7~C18의 벤질기, C7~C18의 아미노벤질기, C7~C18의 히드록시벤질기, C7~C18의 할로벤질기, 또는 니트릴기(-CN)이며;R4 내지 R13 중 적어도 하나 이상은 니트릴기(-CN) 이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 화합물은 비수전해액 100중량% 중 0.5중량% 이상 10중량 % 이하로 함유된 비수전해액.
- 제2항에 있어서, 시클로헥실벤젠 또는 이의 유도체가 추가로 함유된 비수전해액.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리머 형성이 가능한 벤젠 유도체가 추가로 함유된 비수전해액.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 에틸렌 카보네이트(EC), 프로필렌 카보네이트(PC), 및 감마부티로락톤(GBL)로 이루어진 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 환형 카보네이트; 및 디에틸 카보네이트(DEC), 디메틸 카보네이트(DMC), 에틸메틸카보네이트 (EMC), 및 메틸 프로필 카보네이트(MPC)로 이루어진 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 선형 카보네이트를 포함하는 비수전해액.
- 양극, 음극 및 비수전해액을 포함하는 이차 전지에 있어서, 상기 비수전해액은 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비수전해액인 이차 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 이차 전지는 리튬 이차 전지인 것인 이차 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 양극의 활물질로는 리튬함유 전이금속 산화물인 것인 이차 전지.
- 하기 반응식 1에 의해 제조되는 하기 화학식 2의 화합물의 제조방법.[반응식 1]상기 반응식 1에서, R1 내지 R11은 각각 독립적으로 -H, -F, -Cl, -Br, -I, -OH, -SH, -COOH, -PO3H2, -NH2, -NO2, -O(CH2CH2O)nH (이때, n은 1~5의 정수), C1~C12의 알킬기, C1~C12의 아미노알킬기, C1~C12의 히드록시알킬기, C1~C12의 할로알킬기, C2~C12의 알케닐기, C1~C12의 알콕시기, C1~C12의 알킬아미노기, C1~C12의 다이알킬아미노기, C6~C18의 아릴기, C6~C18의 아미노아릴기, C6~C18의 히드록시아릴기, C6~C18의 할로아릴기, C7~C18의 벤질기, C7~C18의 아미노벤질기, C7~C18의 히드록시벤질기, C7~C18의 할로벤질기, 또는 니트릴기(-CN)이다.
