Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 수지재료와,상기 수지재료 중에 분산되고, 입자의 구형도가 0.82~1이고, 또한 분말의 10% 직경과 90% 직경의 비가 30 이하인 구형상 유전체 분말을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 유전체재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유전체 분말은 BaO-RO-TiO2계(R: 희토류원소, RO: 희토류산화물)인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 유전체재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수지재료와 상기 유전체 분말의 합계를 100vol%로 했을 때, 상기 유전체 분말의 함유량이 30vol% 이상 70vol% 미만인 것을 특징으로 복합 유전체재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유전체 분말은 평균입자직경이 0.5~10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 유전체재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유전체 분말은 해당 유전체 분말을 구형상화하기 위한 가열처리가 실시된 구형상 산화물 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 유전체재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수지재료는 폴리비닐벤질에테르 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 유전체재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,2㎓에서 상기 수지재료의 Q값(Q=1/tanδ, tanδ는 유전정접)보다 높은 Q값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 유전체재료.
- 유전체 분말이 수지재료 중에 분산되어 있는 기판으로서,상기 유전체 분말은 10% 직경과 90% 직경의 비가 30 이하이고, 그 입자의 구형도가 0.82~1인 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
- 산화물 조성물로 이루어지는 과립분말을 이용하여, 10% 직경과 90% 직경의 비가 30 이하, 평균입자직경 0.5~10㎛, 또한 그 입자의 구형도가 0.82~1인 구형상 산화물 분말을 얻는 공정과,상기 구형상 산화물 분말과 수지재료를 혼합하고, 상기 수지재료와 상기 구 형상 산화물 분말의 합계를 100vol%로 했을 때, 상기 구형상 산화물 분말의 함유량이 30% 이상 및 70% 미만인 혼합물을 얻는 공정과,상기 혼합물을 가압성형하여 기판을 얻는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 기판의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 구형상 산화물 분말은 유전체 세라믹 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 기판의 제조방법.
