Abstract
Description
본 발명의 제조장치는 연소 플레임 프레임 중에 소정 시간 체류한 피처리물의 급격한 온도 저하를 저지하기 위한 가열수단을 설치한 점에 특징이 있다. 급격한 온도 저하는 이하의 문제점을 야기한다. 본 발명의 가열수단은 이 문제점을 해결하기 위해 설치된다.
또한, 당연한 것이지만, 공급하는 과립분말을 증가시기키 위해서는 캐리어 가스 량을 증가시킬 필요가 있고, 캐리어 가스에 산소를 사용하는 경우는 지연성(支燃性) 가스인 산소의 양을 감소시켜, 캐리어 가스와 지연성 가스와의 혼합비율을 조정할 필요가 있다.
Claims (18)
- 산화물 조성물로 이루어지는 과립분말을 연소 플레임 프레임내에 캐리어 가스와 함께 공급하는 공급공정과,공급된 상기 과립분말을 상기 연소 플레임 프레임내에서 용융함으로써 용융처리물을 얻는 용융공정과,상기 용융처리물이 상기 연소 플레임 프레임 외부로 이동하는 것과 함께 복수의 가열수단에 의해 상기 용융처리물이 그 진행방향을 향하여 가면서 서서히 온도가 저하하여 응고되는 응고공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형상 산화물 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 과립분말은 상기 응고공정을 거친 후의 상기 구형상 산화물 분말과 일치하는 산화물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형상 산화물 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 과립분말은 복수 종류의 화합물 입자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형상 산화물 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 응고공정을 거쳐 얻어지는 상기 구형상 산화물 분말은 복합 산화물로 이루어지는 유전체 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형상 산화물 분말의 제 조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 응고공정을 거쳐 얻어지는 상기 구형상 산화물 분말은 평균입자직경이 1~10㎛, 구형도가 0.9 이상인 것을 특징으로 구형상 산화물 분말의 제조방법.
