Description
Claims (11)
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 불화염은 MF(여기서, M은 알칼리금속, 알칼리 토금속 또는 전이금속임)인 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 불화염은 LiF, NaF, KF, CaF2, MgF2 및 AgF로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 불화염의 사용량은 에틸렌 카보네이트 대비 1 내지 10 당량인 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 염소화 시약은 설퍼릴클로라이드(SO2Cl2), 티오닐클로라이드(SOCl2) 및 염소 기체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 염소화 시약의 사용량은 에틸렌 카보네 이트 대비 0.01 내지 3 당량인 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 적가 속도는 0.5 내지 2 부피%/분인 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반응 온도는 70 내지 150℃ 범위인 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a) 이후 (i) 질소 기체를 이용하여 반응기 내부를 퍼지(purge); (ii) 질소 기체를 이용하여 반응 용액 내 버블링(bubbling); (iii) 탄산염으로 충진된 튜브를 거쳐 반응기로 이송; 또는 이들의 조합을 추가로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 단계 b)의 반응 온도는 40 내지 150℃ 범위인 제조방법.
