Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 양극과 음극 사이에 복수(複數)의 발광층(發光層)을 포함하는 유기층(有機層)을 협지(狹持: interpose)해서 이루어지는 유기 EL 소자(素子)에 있어서,상기 발광층은 상기 양극 측으로부터 차례(順)로 적색 발광층, 녹색 발광층, 청색 발광층을 적층해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적색 발광층이 정공(正孔) 수송성(輸送性)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 적색 발광층이 정공 수송성 발광 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 녹색 발광층이 양(兩) 전하 수송성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 청색 발광층이 전자(電子) 수송성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 청색 발광층이 상기 양극 측으로부터 차례로 양 전하 수송성 청색 발광층과 전자 수송성 청색 발광층을 적층해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적색 발광층이 정공 수송성을 가지고, 상기 녹색 발광층이 양 전하 수송성을 가지고, 상기 청색 발광층이 전자 수송성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 백색(白色) 발광하는 유기 EL 소자의 광 취출면(取出面: extracting surface) 측에 컬러 필터를 설치해서 이루어지는 표시장치에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 소자는 양극과 음극 사이에 복수의 발광층을 포함하는 유기층을 협지해서 이루어지고,상기 발광층이 상기 양극 측으로부터 차례로 적색 발광층, 녹색 발광층, 청색 발광층을 적층해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
