Description
Claims (20)

- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용융온도는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 재료의 용융점(melting point)의 약 15℃ 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적용단계는 상기 일부의 열영향부를 형성하고, 상기 가열 및 유지 단계가 상기 열영향부에 영향을 미치는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상승된 온도는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 재료의 유리전이온도(glass transition temperature) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상승된 온도는 130 ~ 260℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시간은 20 ~ 100시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유지하는 단계는 다음의 단계를 포함하는 주기적인 방식으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 재료를 냉각하는 단계 및;폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 재료를 재가열하는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유지하는 단계는 다음의 단계를 포함하는 주기적인 방식으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 재료를 냉각하는 단계 및;폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 재료를 재가열하는 단계.
- 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 재료의 입자수 특성을 실질적으로 감소시키는데 충분한 시간 동안 약 228℃로 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 재료를 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 열처리 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 가열은 약 100시간 동안인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상승된 온도의 적용에 의해 감소된 입자수 특성을 가지는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 재료.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 상승된 온도는 130 ~ 260℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 재료.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 상승된 온도의 적용이 20 ~ 100시간 동안인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 재료.

- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 액체 및 파우더 중의 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 재료.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 상기 물질을 함유하도록 패키지에 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 재료.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는, 열처리가능한 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌(PTFE) 플루오르폴리머 필름의 입자수를 감소시키도록 PTFE 플루오르폴리머 필름의 열처리가능한 온도와 시간을 결정하는 방법:열처리가능한 PTFE 플루오르폴리머 필름의 한 세트를 제공하는 단계;상기 열처리가능한 PTFE 플루오르폴리머 필름 세트의 각 필름을 미리 정해진 열처리 시간 동안, 미리 정해진 온도로 정치시키되, 상기 각 세트에서 열처리된 필름에 대한 일정 범위의 열처리 시간 및 일정 범위의 열처리 온도를 제공하기 위하여, 열처리 온도 및 열처리 시간은 상기 세트에서 필름사이에 변하도록 하는 단계;상기 열처리 후에, 상기 세트에서 열처리된 필름에 대한 입자수를 결정하는 단계 및;상기 결정된 온도 및 시간에 따라, 입자수가 최소화되는 온도 및 열처리 시간을 결정하기 위해 입자수에 대한 회귀분석을 수행하는 단계.
- 0.2마이크론의 지름을 가지는 입자를 10 particles/ml 이하로 필름의 입자수를 줄이기에 충분한, 150 ~ 250℃의 온도에서 20시간 이상 동안 상기 필름을 노출시키는 단계를 포함하는, 입자수 특성을 감소시키기 위해 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 필름을 처리하는 방법.
