Abstract
Description

Claims (22)
- 물질을 함유하도록 구성된 용기에 있어서, 상기 용기가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 필름 재료를 포함하며 상기 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 필름 재료는 그 입자수(particle count) 특성이 적어도 0.2 마이크론의 직경을 갖는 입자의 수를 1ml당 10개 미만으로 감소시키기에 충분하도록 130℃ 내지 260℃ 범위의 상승된 온도의 지속적인 적용에 의해 변화된 구조적 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하고, 상기 용기가 물질을 함유하도록 구성된 내부 공간을 형성하기 위해 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 필름 재료의 시트 2개 이상을 웰딩(welding)함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 필름 재료의 시트 2개 이상을 포함하며 상기 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 필름 재료는 그 입자수 특성이 90% 이상 감소되도록 20시간 이상동안 130℃ 내지 260℃ 범위의 상승된 온도의 지속적인 적용에 의해 변화된 구조적 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하고, 물질을 함유하도록 구성된 내부 공간을 형성하기 위해 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 필름 재료의 시트 2개 이상을 웰딩(welding)함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상승된 온도가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 필름 재료의 유리전이온도(glass transition temperature)를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상승된 온도가 20시간 내지 100시간동안 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상승된 온도가 228℃이고, 상기 적용이 50시간을 초과해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오염이 없는(contaminant-free) 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 액체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 파우더를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반도체 공정 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 포토레지스트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 재료를 130℃ 이상의 상승된 온도로 가열하는 단계; 및폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 재료의 입자수 특성을 감소시키기 위해 20시간 이상 상기 가열을 유지하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 열처리 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 재료가 필름 형태이고, 상기 방법이 필름 형태의 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 재료를 웰딩하여 물질을 함유하도록 구성된 라이너를 형성하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 시트 각각이 오로지 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 재료만으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
