Claims (9)
- 서열번호 1 내지 7로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 탐침을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 유전자 변형 생물체 진단용 DNA 칩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유전자 변형 생물체가 콩, 옥수수, 토마토, 면화, 콩, 감자, 벼, 캐놀라 또는 고추인 DNA 칩.
- 서열번호 1 내지 7로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 탐침을 포함하는 DNA 칩, 유전자 변형을 갖는 생물체로 추정되는 시료로부터 채취한 DNA를 증폭시키기 위한 프라이머 쌍, 형광 표식된 데옥시뉴클레오타이드 및 람다 엑소누클레아제를 포함하는 유전자변형 생물체 진단용 키트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 프라이머 쌍이 서열번호 1에 대해서는 서열번호 12 및 21의 프라이머 쌍, 서열번호 2에 대해서는 서열번호 13 및 22의 프라이머 쌍, 서열번호 3에 대해서는 서열번호 10 및 19의 프라이머 쌍, 서열번호 4에 대해서는 서열번호 14 및 23의 프라이머 쌍, 서열번호 5에 대해서는 서열번호 15 및 24의 프라이머 쌍, 서열번호 6에 대해서는 서열번호 16 및 25의 프라이머 쌍 및 서열번호 7에 대해서는 서열번호 17 및 26의 프라이머 쌍인 키트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 형광 표식된 데옥시뉴클레오타이드는 Cy5-dCTP인 키트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 유전자 변형 생물체가 콩, 옥수수, 토마토, 면화, 콩, 감자, 벼, 캐놀라 또는 고추인 키트.
- 서열번호 1 내지 7로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 탐침을 포함하는 유전자 변형 생물체 진단용 DNA 칩, 및 서열번호 1에 대해서는 서열번호 12 및 21의 프라이머 쌍, 서열번호 2에 대해서는 서열번호 13 및 22 프라이머 쌍, 서열번호 3에 대해서는 서열번호 10 및 19의 프라이머 쌍, 서열번호 4에 대해서는 서열번호 14 및 23의 프라이머 쌍, 서열번호 5에 대해서는 서열번호 15 및 24의 프라이머 쌍, 서열번호 6에 대해서는 서열번호 16 및 25의 프라이머 쌍 및 서열번호 7에 대해서는 서열번호 17 및 26의 프라이머 쌍으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 프라이머 쌍을 포함하는 유전자변형 생물체 진단용 키트.
- 제3항 또는 제7항의 키트를 사용하여 유전자변형 생물체 진단하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 유전자 변형을 갖는 생물체로 추정되는 시료로부터 DNA를 추출하는 단계; 추출한 DNA를 증폭시키는 단계; 람다 엑소뉴클레아제로 증폭된 DNA를 단일가닥으로 분리하는 단계; 단일가닥으로 분리된 DNA를 DNA 칩과 보합반응시키는 단계; 및 보합된 탐침부위를 검사하는 단계를 포함하여, 유전자 변형 생물체 를 진단하는 방법.
