- 2종 이상의 상이한 폴리아미드 성분을 포함하는 폴리아미드 (A),폴리페닐렌 에테르 (B), 및방향족 비닐 단량체 단위를 주성분으로 하는 하나 이상의 방향족 비닐 중합체 블록과 공액 디엔 단량체 단위를 주성분으로 하는 하나 이상의 공액 디엔 중합체 블록을 포함하는 비수소화 블록 공중합체를 부분적으로 수소화함으로써 얻어지고, 수 평균 분자량이 200,000 내지 300,000인 하나 이상의 부분 수소화 블록 공중합체 (C-1)을 포함하는, 1종 이상의 부분 수소화 블록 공중합체 (C)를 포함하고,상기 폴리아미드 (A)는 연속상으로 존재하고, 상기 폴리페닐렌 에테르 (B)는 이 연속상에 분산되어 분산상을 형성하며, 상기 부분 수소화 블록 공중합체 (C)는 폴리아미드 (A)의 연속상 및 폴리페닐렌 에테르 (B)의 분산상으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 상에 존재하고,수지 성형품의 전체 표면에 노출된 폴리아미드 (A)의 표면적이 수지 성형품의 표면적에 대하여 80% 이상이 되도록 상기 폴리아미드 (A)가 수지 성형품의 표면에 노출되어 있는 수지 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 (A)가 점도가 다른 2종 이상의 상이한 폴리아미드 성분을 포함하는 수지 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 (A)가 폴리아미드 6, 6 및 폴리아미드 6, 6 이외의 폴리아미드를 포함하는 수지 성형품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 6, 6 이외의 폴리아미드가 폴리아미드 6인 수지 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 (A)가 말단 아미노기 함량이 1×1O5 mol/g 내지 4×1O5 mol/g인 폴리아미드 성분을 1종 이상 포함하는 수지 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌 에테르 (B)가 분자량 200,000 이상의 비교적 고분자량의 폴리페닐렌 에테르 분자 및 분자량 5,000 이하의 비교적 저분자량의 폴리페닐렌 에테르 분자를 포함하며, 상기 비교적 저분자량의 폴리페닐렌 에테르 분자에 대한 상기 비교적 고분자량의 폴리페닐렌 에테르 분자의 중량비가 0.35 이하인 수지 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌 에테르 (B)가 분자량 200,000 이상의 비교적 고분자량의 폴리페닐렌 에테르 분자 및 분자량 5,000 이하의 비교적 저분자량의 폴리페닐렌 에테르 분자를 포함하고, 상기 비교적 저분자량의 폴리페닐렌 에테르 분자 및 상기 비교적 고분자량의 폴리페닐렌 에테르 분자의 양이 폴리페닐렌 에테르 (B)의 중량에 대하여 각각 5 중량% 이하 및 2 중량% 이하인 수지 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1종 이상의 부분 수소화 블록 공중합체 (C)가 수 평균 분자량 50,000 내지 150,000인 1종 이상의 부분 수소화 블록 공중합체 (C-2)를 더 포함하는 수지 성형품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 1종 이상의 부분 수소화 블록 공중합체 (C-1) 및 상기 1종 이상의 부분 수소화 블록 공중합체 (C-2)가 전체로서1종 이상의 방향족 비닐 중합체 블록이 비수소화 블록 공중합체의 중량에 대 하여 60 중량% 내지 90 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 비수소화 블록 공중합체를 부분 수소화함으로써 얻어지는, 방향족 비닐 단량체 단위 함량이 높은 1종 이상의 부분 수소화 블록 공중합체, 및1종 이상의 방향족 비닐 중합체 블록이 비수소화 블록 공중합체의 중량에 대하여 20 중량% 내지 60 중량% 미만으로 존재하는 비수소화 블록 공중합체를 부분 수소화함으로써 얻어지는, 방향족 비닐 단량체 단위 함량이 낮은 1종 이상의 부분 수소화 블록 공중합체를 포함하고,상기 부분 수소화 블록 공중합체 (C-1) 및 (C-2)에 존재하는 방향족 비닐 중합체 블록의 총량이 부분 수소화 블록 공중합체 (C-1) 및 (C-2)의 총 중량에 대하여 30 내지 40 중량%인 수지 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도전성 카본 블랙, 탄소 섬유 및 탄소 나노튜브로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 탄소 재료 (D)를 더 포함하고, 상기 탄소 재료 (D)가 분산된 폴리아미드 (A)를 포함하는 마스터배치를 폴리페닐렌 에테르 (B), 부분 수소화 블록 공중합체 (C) 및 임의로, 부가량의 폴리아미드 (A) 및 부가량의 탄소 재료 (D)로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상과 용융 혼련함으로써 제조되는 수지 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균 입경이 2 내지 9 ㎛인 규회석 입자 (E)를 더 포함하는 수지 성형품.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 규회석 입자 (E)가 2개 이상의 상이한 종횡비를 갖는 수지 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펠릿인 수지 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자동차 외장 부품인 수지 성형품.
- 폴리아미드 (A),폴리페닐렌 에테르 (B),방향족 비닐 단량체 단위를 주성분으로 하는 하나 이상의 방향족 비닐 중합체 블록과 공액 디엔 단량체 단위를 주성분으로 하는 하나 이상의 공액 디엔 중합체 블록을 포함하는 블록 공중합체 (C),도전성 탄소 재료 (D), 및규회석 입자 (E)를 포함하는 도전성 수지 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 탄소 재료 (D)가 분산된 폴리아미드 (A)를 포함하는 마스터배치를 폴리페닐렌 에테르 (B), 1종 이상의 부분 수소화 블록 공중합체 (C), 규회석 입자 (E) 및 임의로, 부가량의 폴리아미드 (A) 및 부가량의 탄소 재료 (D)로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상과 용융 혼련함으로써 제조되고, 상기 탄소 재료 (D)가 도전성 카본 블랙, 탄소 섬유 및 탄소 나노튜브로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 도전성 수지 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 규회석 입자 (E)의 평균 입경이 2 내지 9 ㎛인 도전성 수지 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 규회석 입자 (E)가 종횡비가 5 이상인 입자와 종횡비가 5 미만인 입자를 포함하고, 종횡비가 5 이상인 규회석 입자 (E)의 양이 규회석 입자 (E)의 총 중량에 대하여 50 중량% 이상인 도전성 수지 조성물.
