Claims (10)
- 적어도 하나의 고정자 코어 세그먼트(14)를 결합하는 용접시임(20)을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 고정자 코어 세그먼트로 이루어진 링형 고정자 코어(13)를 구비한 전기 기계의 고정자에 있어서,상기 용접시임의 용접시임 깊이(TS)는 요오크 높이(HJoch) 및 공차값(ΔTS)에 의존하고 함수 TS = 0.5 mm * (HJoch /mm -1)±ΔTS 로 표시될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 ΔTS 는 1.0 mm 의 값을 갖는 값 ΔTS1 에 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 ΔTS 는 0.5 mm 의 값을 갖는 값 ΔTS2 에 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용접시임의 깊이(TS)는 상기 요오크 높이(HJoch)에 의존하는 최소값(TSmin)에 미달되지 않고 최소값(TSmin)은 하기 함수TSmin = 3/40 * HJoch로 표시될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 1 항 내지 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용접시임(20)은 상기 요오크(26)의 방사방향 외측(30)에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 두 개의 부분 톱니(24)로 형성된 톱니에 있는 상기 용접시임(20)은 상기 고정자 코어(13)의 외측(30)에 배치되는 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 1 항 내지 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용접시임(20)은 상기 고정자 코어(13)의 적어도 하나의 축방향 측면에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 1 항 내지 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용접시임(20)은 레이저 용접시임인 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 1 항 내지 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고정자는 고정자 권선(17)을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 1 항 내지 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 고정자(10)를 포함하는 전기 기계, 특히 제너레이터.
