Claims (12)
- 방사 방향으로 내부로 향한 둘레에 슬롯(14) 및 톱니(13)를 가지는, 링형으로 변형된 고정자 코어(10)에 의해 고정된 고정자 권선(45)을 포함하고, 상기 고정자 코어(10)는 적층 배치된 고정자 박판 적층물(11)을 가지고, 그의 층방향은 축방향(a)을 결정하며, 적어도 하나의 제 1 고정자 박판 적층물(20)은 제 2 고정자 박판 적층물(21) 보다 큰 벤딩 저항을 가지고, 상기 적어도 하나의 제 1 고정자 박판 적층물(20)은 축방향(a)으로 4 mm 를 초과하지 않는 두께(dLE)를 가지는 전기 기계용 고정자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 제 1 고정자 박판 적층물(20)이 적어도 0.8 mm 의 두께(dLE)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 제 1 고정자 박판 적층물(20)이 1.0 mm(포함) 내지 2.0 mm(포함)의 두께(dLE)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 고정자 박판 적층물(21)의 두께(dLH)가 0.3 mm (포함) 내지 0.7 mm(포함) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고정자 코어(10)는 3 mm(포함) 내지 7 mm(포함)의 요크 높이(HJ)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 고정자 코어(10)는 3.5 mm(포함) 내지 4.3 mm(포함)의 요크 높이(HJ)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 제 1 고정자 박판 적층물(20)이 단부 적층물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 단부 적층물이 상기 제 2 고정자 박판 적층물(21)과는 다른 적층물 윤곽(25)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 제 1 고정자 박판 적층물(20)이 상기 2 개의 단부 적층물들 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 단부 적층물이 제 1 고정자 박판 적층물(20)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 제 1 고정자 박판 적층물(20)이 상기 고정자(45)의 축방향 중앙에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고정자를 포함하는 전기 기계, 특히 차량용 3상 제네레이터.
