Claims (4)
- 광학 특성이 서로 다른 결정 상태와 비정질 상태 사이에서 가역 상 변화를 겪는 Sb70Te30 의 공용점 (eutectic point) 에서, Sb 를 과도하게 포함하는 기록층을 포함하고, 상기 결정상태는 실질적으로 단일의 상으로 구성된 헥사고날 다결정인, 광 데이터 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기록 매체는 MzGey(SbxTe1-x)1-y-z 합금 (z 는 0 이상 0.1 이하이고, y 는 0 초과 0.3 이하이고, x 는 0.8 이상이고; M 은 In, Ga, Si, Sn, Pb, Pd, Pt, Zn, Au, Ag, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Co, Mo, Mn, Bi, O, N, 및 S 중의 하나 이상) 으로 된 기록층을 포함하는, 광 데이터 기록 매체.
- 기록층의 결정 상태를 미기록 상태 및 삭제 상태로 미리결정하고, 상기 기록층의 비정질 상태를 기록 상태로 미리결정함으로써, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 광 데이터 기록 매체 상에 기록 및/또는 삭제를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 기록/삭제 방법.
- 광학 특성이 서로 다른 결정 상태와 비정질 상태 사이에서 가역 상 변화를 겪는 Sb70Te30 의 공용점에서, Sb 를 과도하게 포함하는 기록층을 포함하는 광 데이터 기록 매체를 제조하는 프로세스에 있어서,기판 상에 상기 기록층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 기록층이 결정화되어 초기화되도록, 단축방향으로 주사하면서 0.1㎛ 내지 10㎛ 사이의 단축 길이를 가지는 타원형의 광빔으로 상기 기록층을 조사하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 기록층이 겹쳐쓰기 될 수 있는 최고 선속도의 50% 내지 80% 사이의 선 속도로 상기 광빔을 주사하는, 광 데이터 기록 매체를 제조하는 프로세스.
