Claims (12)
- 강판을 용융금속 도금욕(淘金浴) 안에 연속적으로 침입시켜, 상기 강판의 표면에 용융금속을 부착시키는 공정과,상기 강판을 상기 용융금속 도금욕 안에 설치된 방향전환장치에 의해 방향전환시킨 후, 상기 용융금속욕 밖으로 인출하는 공정과,상기 강판에 부착된 상기 용융금속의 부착량을 기체 와이핑(Wiping) 장치에 의해 조정하는 공정과,상기 강판의 휨을, 상기 기체 와이핑 장치의 상류측 및/또는 하류측에 설치되고, 상기 강판의 표면과 교차하는 방향으로 자력을 작용시키는 전자석을 사용하여, 자력에 의해 비접촉으로 교정하는 공정,을 갖고,더욱이, 상기 전자석의 전류값이 상기 강판에 관한 정보에 근거하여 미리 결정된 전류값으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 도금강판의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서,전자석의 전류값을, 선행(先行)의 강판과 후행(後行)의 강판의 이음매가 상기 전자석의 설치위치를 통과하는데에 합쳐서, 상기 후행의 강판에 관한 정보에 근거하여 미리 결정된 전류값으로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,기체 와이핑 장치의 하류측에, 강판의 형상측정장치 및/또는 강판의 도금 부착량 측정장치를 설치하고, 상기 형상측정장치 및/또는 상기 도금 부착량 측정장치에 의해 계측된 정보에 근거하여 전자석의 전류값을 수정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,기체 와이핑 장치의 하류측에, 강판의 형상측정장치 및/또는 강판의 도금 부착량 측정장치를 설치하고, 상기 형상측정장치 및/또는 상기 도금 부착량 측정장치에 의해 계측된 정보에 근거하여 전자석의 전류값을 수정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,용융금속 도금욕 속에서 강판을 지지하는 장치를, 상기 강판의 방향전환장치만으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,용융금속 도금욕 속에서 강판을 지지하는 장치를, 상기 강판의 방향전환장치만으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,용융금속 도금욕 속에서 강판을 지지하는 장치를, 상기 강판의 방향전환장치만으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,용융금속 도금욕 속에서 강판을 지지하는 장치를, 상기 강판의 방향전환장치만으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 강판의 표면에 용융금속을 부착시키는 용융금속 도금욕조(淘金浴槽)와,상기 용융금속 도금욕조 안에 설치되어, 상기 강판을 방향전환시키는 방향전환장치와,상기 용융금속 도금욕조의 도금욕면의 윗쪽에 설치되어, 상기 강판에 부착된 용융금속 도금량을 조정하는 기체 와이핑 장치와,상기 기체 와이핑 장치의 상류측 및/또는 하류측에 설치되어, 상기 강판의 표면과 교차하는 방향으로 자력을 작용시켜서 상기 강판의 휨을 비접촉으로 교정하는 전자석과,상기 전자석의 전류값을 상기 강판에 관한 정보에 근거하여 미리 결정된 전류값으로 설정하는 전류값 프리셋(Preset) 제어장치,를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 도금강판의 제조장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,더욱이, 기체 와이핑 장치의 하류측에 설치된 강판의 형상측정장치 및/또는 강판의 도금 부착량 측정장치와,상기 형상측정장치 및/또는 상기 도금 부착량 측정장치에 의해 계측된 정보에 근거하여 전자석의 전류값을 수정하는 전류값 피드백 제어장치,를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 도금강판의 제조장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,용융금속 도금욕조 안에 설치된 강판을 지지하는 장치가, 상기 강판의 방향전환장치만인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 도금강판의 제조장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,용융금속 도금욕조 안에 설치된 강판을 지지하는 장치가, 상기 강판의 방향전환장치만인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 도금강판의 제조장치.
