Claims (20)
- 연료가스 및 수증기로부터 개질가스를 제조하는, 개질가스 생성유로 및 연소가스 유로를 가지고 이루어지는 개질장치로서,개질가스 생성유로는 (1)개질촉매부, (2)시프트 촉매부, 및 (3)CO선택산화 촉매부를 개질가스의 흐름방향을 따라 상류에서 하류를 향하여 상기 기재된 순서대로 가지고 있으며,개질가스 생성유로는 (a) 연소가스 유로에 인접하며 개질촉매부를 가지고 이루어지는 제 1 유로와, (b) 제 1 유로에 인접하는 제 2 유로로 이루어지고,제 2 유로는 개질촉매부에 인접하는 제 1 열회수부를 가지고 이루어지며,제 1 유로는 시프트 촉매부, 그것을 통과한 개질가스 및 CO선택산화 촉매부 중 적어도 하나에 인접하는 제 2 열회수부를, 개질촉매부보다 개질가스 흐름의 상류측에 가지고 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 2 유로는 시프트 촉매부를 더욱 가지고 이루어지는 개질장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 2 유로는 시프트 촉매부 및 CO선택산화 촉매부를 더욱 가지고 이루어지는 개질장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,제 3 열회수부를 더욱 가지고 이루어지며, 이 열회수부는 시프트 촉매부와 CO선택산화 촉매부와의 사이에서 제 2 열회수부와 인접하게 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 개질장치는 개질가스 생성유로에,연료가스를 수증기와 수증기 개질반응시켜 수소를 주성분으로 하는 개질가스를 생성시키는 개질촉매부와,개질촉매부에서 생성된 개질가스 중에 포함되는 CO를 수성 시프트 반응에 의해 저감시키는 시프트 촉매부와,이 수성 시프트 반응한 개질가스 중의 CO를 산소와 반응시켜 더욱 저감시키는 CO선택산화 촉매부를,가스의 흐름방향에 따라 이 순서대로 설치하며, 개질촉매부를 가열하기 위한 연소가스 유로를 구비한 개질장치에 있어서,상기 개질가스 생성유로를,시프트 촉매부와 시프트 촉매부를 통과한 가스와 CO선택산화 촉매부 중 적어도 하나로부터 열을 회수하여, 개질촉매부로 보내지는 연료가스와 수증기에 열을 공급하는 제 2 열회수부 및 개질촉매부를 설치한 제 1 유로와,개질촉매부를 통과한 가스로부터 열을 회수하여 개질촉매부로 열을 공급하는제 1 열회수부를 설치한 제 2 유로를 구비하여 형성하며,상기 연소가스 유로에 인접하여 제 1 유로를 배치하는 동시에, 제 1 유로에 인접하여 제 2 유로를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,제 2 유로는 시프트 촉매부를 더욱 가지고 이루어지는 개질장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,제 2 유로는 시프트 촉매부 및 CO선택산화 촉매부를 더욱 가지고 이루어지는 개질장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,시프트 촉매부를 통과한 가스로부터 열을 회수하여 제 2 열회수부로 열을 공급하는 제 3 열회수부를, 제 2 유로의 시프트 촉매부와 CO선택산화 촉매부의 사이에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 열회수부는, 전열 촉진요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,연소가스 유로의 외주에 통형상의 제 1 유로를 배치하는 동시에, 제 1 유로의 외주에 통형상의 제 2 유로를 배치하여, 개질가스 생성유로를 다중 통형상으로 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,연소가스 유로 안에서의 연소가스의 흐름방향과, 개질가스 생성유로의 제 1 유로에서의 가스의 흐름방향을 반대 방향으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,개질촉매부의 적어도 일부와 마주보는 위치의, 연소가스 유로안에 복사전열체를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,물을 증발시켜 제 2 열회수부로 도입하는 물 증발기를, 연소가스 유로안에서 시프트 촉매부와 마주보는 위치에 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,물 증발기를 연소가스 유로안에서 시프트 촉매부 및 CO선택산화 촉매부와 마주보는 위치에 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,통의 한쪽 개구를 저부에서 막아 바닥이 있는 통형상으로 물 증발기를 형성하는 동시에, 통 안과 저부 안에 물 내지 수증기가 통과하는 열교환 유로를 형성하고, 연소가스 흐름방향의 상류쪽으로 저부가 향하도록 물 증발기를 연소가스 유로에 배치하며, 물 증발기의 저부와 마주보도록 연소가스 유로내에 유로조임판을 배치하는 동시에, 물 증발기 저부의 대략 중앙부와 마주보는 위치에서 유로조임판에 연소가스가 통과하는 유통구를 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,수증기 개질반응에 필요한 물을 통과시키는 물유로를, CO선택산화 촉매부 부분에 있어서 제 2 유로의 외주부에 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,물유로를 통과한 물을 물 증발기로 공급하도록 하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,시프트 촉매부 근방의 부분에 있어서 제 2 유로의 외주부에, 수증기 개질반응에 필요한 물을 통과시키는 제 2 물유로를 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,연소가스 유로에 연소가스를 도입하는 연소가스 도입유로의 외주부에 제 3 물유로를 설치하고, 제 3 물유로를 통과한 물을 CO선택산화 촉매부의 외주부에 설치한 상기 물유로와 시프트 촉매부의 외주부에 설치한 상기 제 2 물유로 중의 어느 한쪽으로 흘려 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,제 2 유로의 시프트 촉매부와 CO선택산화 촉매부의 사이에 설치된 외부로부터 공기를 공급하는 공기공급로와, 공기공급로로부터 공급된 공기와 시프트 촉매부를 통과한 개질가스를 혼합하는 가스 혼합실을 제 2 유로안에 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질장치.
