Claims (8)
- a) 용매하에, 탄소수 1 내지 16의 2-알킬말론산 1,3-다이-tert-부틸 에스터 유도체를 3,5-다이나이트로벤조일 클로라이드와 반응시켜 탄소수 1 내지 16의 다이나이트로페닐 알켄 화합물을 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 다이나이트로페닐 알켄 화합물에 BF3Et2O/ Et3SiH를 넣고 반응시킨 후 탈수 반응시켜 하기 화학식 3의 다이나이트로알케닐 벤젠 화합물을 제조하는 단계; 및c) 상기 화학식 3의 화합물을 Pd/C 촉매하에 수소 환원시키는 단계를 포함하는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 측쇄형 다이아민화합물의 제조방법:[화학식 1][화학식 3]상기 식에서, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알킬기이다.
- a) 탄소수 1 내지 10의 4-(알킬사이클로헥실)벤질 보로닉 에시드 화합물을 1-브로모-3,5-다이나이트로벤젠과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 4의 화합물을 제조하는 단계; 및b) 상기 화학식 4의 화합물을 Pd/C 촉매하에 수소 환원시키는 단계를 포함하는 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 다이아민 화합물의 제조방법:[화학식 2][화학식 4]상기 식에서, R2은 탄소수 1∼10의 알킬기 또는 알콕시기이다.
- 하기 화학식 7로 표시되는 넌러빙 수직배향제용 폴리이미드 수지:[화학식 7]상기 식에서, A는 4가 유기기이며, B는 측쇄형 2가 유기기이며, C는 측쇄기가 없는 2가 유기기이며, 여기서 m∼n이며, m은 1이고, n은 1 이상의 정수이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 7의 폴리이미드의 측쇄 길이는 액정분자 장축 길이의 0.8 내지 1.5배이며, 측쇄 간의 길이는 액정분자 장축 길이의 1.5 내지 3.5배인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드 수지.
- a) 용매하에, 제1항의 화학식 1 또는 제2항의 화학식 2의 측쇄형 다이아민 화합물과, 하기 화학식 5의 테트라카르복시산 무수물 및 화학식 6의 측쇄기를 갖지 않는 다이아민 화합물을 반응시켜 폴리아믹산계 블록공중합체를 제조하는 단계; 및b) 상기 폴리아믹산계 블록공중합체를 열처리하여 탈수폐환반응으로 폴리이미드로 변환시키는 단계를 포함하는 하기 화학식 7로 표시되는 넌러빙 수직배향제용 폴리이미드 수지의 제조방법:[화학식 5][화학식 6][화학식 7]상기 식에서, A는 4가 유기기이며, B는 측쇄형 2가 유기기이며, C는 측쇄기가 없는 2가 유기기이며, 여기서 m∼n이며, m은 1이고, n은 1 이상의 정수이다.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈(NMP), N,N-디메틸포름아미드(DMF), 디메틸슬폭시드(DMSO), 헥사메틸포스포아미드, 테트라메틸렌술폰, p-클로로페놀, p-브로모페놀, 2-클로로-4-하이드록시톨루엔, 다이옥산, 테트라하이드로푸란(THF), 및 사이클로헥사논으로 이루어진 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 비활성용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드 수지의 제조방법.
- 제3항 기재의 폴리이미드 수지를 이용하여 제조된 액정배향막.
- 제7항 기재의 액정배향막을 포함하는 액정표시소자.
