Claims (18)
- 알콜, 알데히드 또는 케톤으로부터 아민을 생성하기 위한 환원성 아미노화반응 공정에 유용한 촉매로, 상기 촉매는 니켈, 구리 및 크롬을 함유하고, 상기 촉매에 주석이 추가로 포함되어 개선된 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 중의 주석의 양이 상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.20 내지 20.00 중량% 범위(소수점 둘째자리까지 포함)중의 어느 양인 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 중의 주석의 양이 상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 1.00 내지 7.00 중량% 범위(소수점 둘째자리까지 포함)중의 어느 양인 촉매.
- 환원성 아미노화 반응에 유용한 촉매로,a)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 40.0 내지 90.0 중량%의 양의 니켈;b)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 4.0 내지 40.0 중량%의 양의 구리;c)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.20 내지 20.0 중량%의 양의 주석;d)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 1.0 내지 30.0 중량%의 양의 크롬; 및e)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 3.0 내지 25.0 중량%의 양의 산소를 포함하는 촉매.
- 환원성 아미노화 반응에 유용한 촉매로,a)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 60.0 내지 80.0 중량%의 양의 니켈;b)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 6.0 내지 14.0 중량%의 양의 구리;c)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 1.0 내지 7.0 중량%의 양의 주석;d)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 1.0 내지 5.0 중량%의 양의 크롬; 및e)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 5.0 내지 10.0 중량%의 양의 산소를 포함하고, 여기서 모든 %는 마감처리된 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 하는 것인 촉매.
- 알콜, 알데히드 또는 케톤으로부터 아민을 생성하기 위한 환원성 아미노화반응 공정에 유용한 촉매로, 상기 촉매가 니켈, 구리 및 지르코늄을 함유하며, 상기 촉매에 주석이 추가로 포함되어 개선된 촉매.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 중의 주석의 양이 상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.20 중량% 내지 20.00 중량% 범위(소수점 둘째자리까지 포함)중의 어느 양인 촉매.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 중의 주석의 양이 상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 1.00 중량% 내지 7.00 중량% 범위(소수점 둘째자리까지 포함)중의 어느 양인 촉매.
- 환원성 아미노화반응에 유용한 촉매로,a)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 40.0 내지 90.0 중량%의 양의 니켈;b)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 4.0 내지 40.0 중량%의 양의 구리;c)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.20 내지 20.0 중량%의 양의 주석;d)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 1.0 내지 50.0 중량%의 양의 지르코늄; 및e)상기 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 3.00 내지 25.0 중량%의 양의 산소를 포함하는 촉매.

- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 아미노화반응 혼합물이 수소를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 환원성 아미노화반응으로 아민을 생성하는 방법으로,a)알데히드, 케톤 또는 알콜로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 원료를 제공하는 단계;b)상기 원료를, 암모니아 또는 유기 아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 아미노 화합물과 대기압 보다 큰 압력하에 접촉시켜 가압된 아미노화반응 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;c)상기 아미노화반응 혼합물을 제 6항에 따른 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 아미노화반응 혼합물이 수소를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 환원성 아미노화반응으로 아민을 생성하는 방법으로,a)알데히드, 케톤 또는 알콜로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 원료를 제공하는 단계;b)상기 원료를, 암모니아 또는 유기아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 아미노 화합물과 대기압 보다 큰 압력하에 접촉시켜 가압된 아미노화반응 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;c)상기 아미노화반응 혼합물을 제 12항에 따른 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 아미노화반응 혼합물이 수소를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
