Claims (4)
- 엔진(41)과 제너레이터 모터(55)를 병용해서 유압펌프(47)를 구동하고, 상기 유압펌프(47)의 토출유의 유압액추에이터에의 유입량을 제어해서 각 작업기를 구동하는 하이브리드식 건설기계에 있어서,엔진(41)에 PTO(46)를 개재하여 상기 유압펌프(47)를 접속하고,상기 유압 액추에이터로부터의 리턴오일에 의해 구동해서 작업기의 관성에너지 또는 위치에너지를 회생하고, 상기 유압펌프(47)를 구동하는 회생 모터(59)와 상기 회생 모터(59)의 회생 토크가 상기 유압펌프(47)의 구동 토크보다 클 때에는, 그 잉여 토크로 발전기로서 구동되고, 한편으로는, 전동기로서 구동되어 상기 유압펌프(47)의 구동을 돕는 상기 제너레이터 모터(55)를, 상기 PTO(46)를 개재하여 상기 유압펌프(47)에 병설한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드식 건설기계의 기기배치구조.
- 엔진(41)과 제너레이터 모터(55)를 병용해서 유압펌프(47)를 구동하고, 상기 유압펌프(47)의 토출유의 유압 액추에이터에의 유입량을 제어해서 각 작업기를 구동하는 하이브리드식 건설기계에 있어서,엔진(41)에 PTO(46)를 개재하여 접속된 상기 유압펌프(47)와, 상기 유압펌프(47)의 토출유의 상기 유압엑추에이터에의 유입량을 제어하는 유압밸브(49)와, 상기 PTO(46)를 개재하여 상기 유압펌프(47)에 접속되고, 상기 유압액추에이터로부터의 리턴오일에 의해 구동해서 작동기의 관성에너지 또는 위치에너지를 회생하고, 상기 유압펌프(47)를 구동하는 회생모터(59)와, 유압액추에이터로부터의 리터오일을 회생모터(59)를 경유해서 드레인시키는 작동유탱크(51)를 포함하는 고압유압계 기기를 구비하고,상기 회생모터(59)의 회생토크가 상기 유압펌프(47)의 구동토크보다 클 때는 그 잉여토크로 발전기로서 구동되고, 한편으로는, 전동기로서 구동되어 상기 유압펌프(47)의 구동을 돕는 상기 제너레이터 모터(55)와, 상기 제너레이터 모터(55)의 발전기로서의 발전전력을 충전하고, 전동기로서의 구동전력을 공급하는 축전장치(17)와, 상기 제너레이터 모터(55)의 발전전력의 상기 축전장치(17)에의 충전, 및 전동기로서의 구동을 제어하는 인버터(61)를 포함하는 충전계 기기를, 상기 고압유압계 기기로부터 분리하여 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드식 건설기계의 기기배치구조.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 인버터(61)를 엔진(41)의 팬(43)의 상류측에 설치하고,상기 제너레이터 모터(55)를 엔진(41)의 상기 인버터(61)에 가까운 측에 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드식 건설기계의 기기배치구조.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 인버터(61)를 엔진(41)의 흡인식 팬(43)의 상류측에 설치하고,상기 제너레이터 모터(55)를 엔진(41)의 상기 팬(43)에 가까운 측에 설치한 PTO(48)를 개재하여 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드식 건설기계의 기기배치구조.
