Description
(I) エンジン8と油圧ポンプ9との間に発電電動機14が設けられてパワーユニットU2が構成される点、
(II) 発電電動機14には、左右両側に厚板状のエンジン側及びポンプ側両フランジ15,16が、それぞれエンドカバーを兼ねる状態で外周側に突出して設けられ、エンジン側フランジ15がエンジン8のフライホイールハウジング13に、ポンプ側フランジ16が油圧ポンプ9にそれぞれ連結される点、
(III) パワーユニット重心X3が、図6に示す油圧ショベル用パワーユニットU1の重心X1よりも油圧ポンプ側に大きく移動する点
は図7に示す従来技術(図6の油圧ショベル用パワーユニットU1の支持構造をハイブリッドショベル用パワーユニットU2に転用した場合)と同じである。
(イ) ブラケット19を発電電動機14に対して両持ち状態で強固に取付け得ること、
(ロ) 両側フランジ15,16を、マウント装置18の一部を構成する強度部材として利用できること、
(ハ) 両側フランジ15,16は、エンジン8及び油圧ポンプ9に対して強固に連結できるように、元々、十分な強度を備えた厚板状に形成されていること
により、マウント装置18の強度を高めることができる。これによって、パワーユニットU2の支持状態をより安定化することができる。
(1) 上記実施形態では、発電電動機側マウント装置18を発電電動機14を挟んだ前後両側に設けたが、一つのマウント装置18を発電電動機14の下面側に設けてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 次の(I)〜(IV)の要件をすべて具備することを特徴とするハイブリッド建設機械。
(I) エンジン、発電電動機、油圧ポンプによってパワーユニットが構成されること。
(II) 上記発電電動機の軸方向の片側にエンジン側フランジ、反対側にポンプ側フランジがそれぞれ設けられ、上記エンジン側フランジが上記エンジンに、上記ポンプ側フランジが上記油圧ポンプにそれぞれ連結されることにより、上記エンジン、発電電動機、油圧ポンプの三者が、上記発電電動機を中間にして、かつ、パワーユニット全体の重心がエンジン重心よりも発電電動機側に位置する状態で直列に接続されていること。
(III) 上記パワーユニット全体の重心を挟んでエンジンと発電電動機にそれぞれエンジン側及び発電電動機側両マウント装置が設けられ、上記パワーユニットがこの両マウント装置によって本体フレーム上に支持されていること。
(IV) 上記発電電動機のエンジン側及びポンプ側両フランジに跨ってマウント取付ブラケットが設けられ、このマウント取付ブラケットに上記発電電動機側マウント装置が取付けられていること。 - 上記マウント取付ブラケット及び発電電動機側マウント装置は、上記パワーユニットの軸方向と直交する方向の両側に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
- 上記パワーユニット全体を吊り上げるためのエンジン側及び発電電動機側の両吊り金具を備え、上記発電電動機側の吊り金具が上記マウント取付ブラケットに設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
