Claims (9)
- 투명성을 갖는 필름, 상기 필름의 이면(裏面)에 가교성(架橋性) 인쇄 잉크를 사용하여 인쇄되어 상기 필름의 표면측으로부터 육안으로 관찰하기 위한 열 유연성(柔軟性) 가식(加飾) 인쇄층, 상기 열 유연성 가식 인쇄층 상에 저가교성 인쇄 잉크 또는 비가교성 인쇄 잉크를 사용하여 인쇄된 바인더층, 및 상기 바인더층 상에 사출 성형된 수지로 이루어지는 인서트(insert) 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열 유연성 가식 인쇄층이, 수지 성분으로, 가교된 폴리에스테르 수지를 함유하는 인서트 성형품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 바인더층이, 수지 성분으로, 상기 열 유연성 가식 인쇄층을 구성하는 수지 성분보다 낮은 가교화도(架橋化度)를 갖는 저가교성 수지 성분을 함유하는 인서트 성형품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 바인더층이, 수지 성분으로, 염화비닐 (공)중합체, (메타)아크릴 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 최소한 1종 이상의 수지를함유하는 인서트 성형품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 바인더층이 투명성을 갖는 인서트 성형품.
- 투명성을 갖는 필름의 이면에 가교성 인쇄 잉크를 사용하여 인쇄를 실시하고, 상기 필름의 표면측으로부터 육안으로 관찰하기 위한 열 유연성 가식 인쇄층을 형성하는 제1 인쇄 공정,상기 열 유연성 가식 인쇄층 상에 저가교성 인쇄 잉크 또는 비가교성 인쇄 잉크를 사용하여 인쇄를 실시하여 바인더층을 형성하는 제2 인쇄 공정,상기 인쇄 공정에 의해 상기 열 유연성 가식 인쇄층 및 바인더층이 형성된 필름을 소정의 성형품 표면 형상으로 가공하는 포밍(forming) 공정, 및상기 포밍 공정에 의해 가공된 상기 형상의 필름을, 상기 열 유연성 가식 인쇄층이 내측이 되도록 하여 금형에 장착하고, 상기 금형 내에서 상기 바인더층측에 용융된 수지를 사출하고, 이 사출된 수지와 상기 필름을 일체화시키는 사출성형 공정을 포함하는 인서트 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 열 유연성 가식 인쇄층 상에 인쇄되는 저가교성 인쇄 잉크 또는 비가교성 인쇄 잉크가 투명성을 갖는 인서트 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제6항의 인서트 성형품의 제조 방법에서 사용하는 상기 열 유연성 가식 인쇄층을 형성하기 위한 가교성 인쇄 잉크 또는 상기 바인더층을 형성하기 위한 저가교성 인쇄 잉크로서,상기 인쇄 잉크가 수산기를 갖는 폴리에스테르 수지를 수지 성분으로 하는 잉크 성분 및 다작용 이소시아네이트 화합물을 가교제로 하는 가교제 성분으로 이루어지는 2액성 잉크인 인서트 성형품 제조용 인쇄 잉크.
- 제6항의 인서트 성형품의 제조 방법에서 상기 바인더층을 형성하기 위한 비가교성 잉크로서,염화비닐 (공)중합체, (메타)아크릴 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지로부터 선택된 최소한 1종 이상의 수지를 함유하는 인서트 성형품 제조용 인쇄 잉크.
