Claims (7)
- 접합배열부(21, 32, 39, 51, 58)의 적어도 두 개의 접촉부재쌍(22, 23; 33, 34; 37, 38; 52, 53; 61, 59) 사이의 솔더접속부의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 접합배열부로부터 거리를 두고 솔더재 성형편(27)을 배치하고, 상기 솔더재 성형편을 적어도 부분적으로 용융시키며, 상기 접촉부재쌍을 젖게 하여 접합부위에 도전성의 접속부를 형성하도록 상기 적어도 부분적으로 용융된 솔더재 성형편을 상기 접합배열부측으로 추진시키는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔더접속부의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 부분적으로 용융된 솔더재 성형편은 상기 접합배열부(21, 32, 39, 51)의 접촉부재쌍(22, 23; 33, 34; 37, 38; 52, 53) 사이에 형성된 접촉갭(24, 36, 40, 63) 속으로 추진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔더접속부의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 접촉갭(24, 36)이 원뿔형으로 형성되는 경우, 상기 적어도 부분적으로 용융된 솔더재 성형편(27)은 상기 접촉갭 내에서 상기 접촉부재쌍(22, 23; 33, 34) 사이에 형성된 갭각도의 이등분선(31, 35)의 방향으로 추진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔더접속부의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 접촉갭(24, 36)이 원뿔형으로 형성되고 상기 접촉부재쌍이 서로 다른 크기의 접합면(33, 34)으로서 설계되는 경우, 상기 적어도 부분적으로 용융된 솔더재 성형편(27)은 상기 두 개의 접합부위 중의 큰 부위와 상기 갭각도의 이등분선(35) 사이로 연장되는 축(31)을 따라서 접촉갭 속으로 추진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔더접속부의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 평행하게 배열된 두 개의 접촉면(37, 38)으로 구성된 접합배열부(39)의 경우에, 상기 적어도 부분적으로 용융된 솔더재 성형편(27)은 상기 접합배열부의 접촉면 사이에 형성된 평행갭(40)의 갭중심축선(62)의 방향으로 추진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔더접속부의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 접촉슬리브(52)와 상기 접촉슬리브 속으로 연장되는 와이어도체(53)로 구성되는 접합배열부(51)의 경우에, 상기 적어도 부분적으로 용융된 솔더재 성형편(27)은 상기 접촉슬리브 내의 와이어도체의 방향으로 상기 접촉갭(63) 속으로 추진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔더접속부의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 접촉면(59)과 상기 접촉면 상에 배치된 와이어도체(61)로 구성되는 접합배열부(58)의 경우에, 상기 적어도 부분적으로 용융된 솔더재 성형편(27)은 상기 와이어도체를 중간에 배치하여 상기 접촉면 상으로 추진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔더접속부의 제조방법.
