Claims (3)
- 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 염이 불순물로써 함유된 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 염을 유기 용매층으로부터 물층으로 이동시킨 다음, 상기 물층을 유기 용매층과 분리하는 단계;상기 분리된 물층을 1/5부피로 감압 농축하는 단계; 및상기 농축물에 수용성 유기용매를 가하여, 전체 용액 중에 포함된 물과 수용성 유기 용매의 부피비가 2:8 내지 1:9가 되도록 하고, 상기 용액을 결정화하여, 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 염의 결정을 얻는 단계를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 염의 정제 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 유기 용매로는 아세토니트릴, 이소프로필알코올, 아세톤, 에탄올 및 메탄올로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 염의 정제 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결정화에 의하여, 2-알킬-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 염의 결정을 얻은 후에, 이러한 결정을 메틸렌클로라이드 또는 클로로포름에 넣고 소량의 물을 가한 후 알칼리 염을 첨가하여 15 내지 25℃의 온도에서 중화반응을 진행하는 단계를 부가적으로 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 염의 정제 방법.
