Claims (17)
- CO2냉매 압축기용 베어링에 있어서,상기 베어링은 원통형 부재를 포함하고, 상기 원통형 부재에서의 흑연 함유 탄소질 재료는 주석 또는 IB 족 또는 철을 제외한 VIII 족으로부터 선택된 한가지 타입의 금속 또는 이 금속들에 기초한 합금이 함침되는 구멍을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2냉매 압축기용 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부재는 쇼어 경도가 65 내지 120 사이의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2냉매 압축기용 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부재는 압축 강도가 200 내지 500 MPa 사이의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2냉매 압축기용 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부재는 기공율이 0.05 내지 2.00 체적 퍼센트의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2냉매 압축기용 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링은 바나듐 또는 티타늄 중 하나에서 또는 그 합금 자체에서 0.2 중량 퍼센트 이하의 비율로 적어도 하나의 바나듐 또는 티타늄을 함유하는 금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2냉매 압축기용 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금 또는 상기 금속들 중 하나는 적어도 납 또는 안티몬을 1 중량 퍼센트 이하의 비율로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2냉매 압축기용 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 80-90 중량 퍼센트의 구리, 5-11 중량 퍼센트의 주석, 3 중량 퍼센트까지의 아연 및 1.0 중량 퍼센트까지의 납을 함유하는 구리 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2냉매 압축기용 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금은 구리를 0.5 내지 5.0 중량 퍼센트 그리고 아연을 25 내지 35 중량 퍼센트의 비율로 각각 함유하는 주석 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2냉매 압축기용 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소질 재료는 그 최종 형상이 니어 네트 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2냉매 압축기용 베어링.
- 회전축의 회전에 의해 구동되는 가압 수단을 사용하여 CO2 냉매를 압축하는 CO2냉매 압축기이며,상기 회전축은 제1항에 따른 베어링에 의해 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2냉매 압축기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 가압 수단은 중간 압력 가압 수단과 고압 가압 수단을 더 포함하고, 상기 중간 압력 가압 수단은 상기 회전축의 회전에 의해 실린더 내측에서 편심적으로 회전되는 롤러에 의해 생성된 중간 압력을 인가하고, 상기 고압 가압 수단은 회전축의 회전에 의해 실린더 내측에서 편심적으로 회전되는 롤러에 의해 제공된 중간 압력으로부터 고압을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2냉매 압축기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 중간 압력 가압 수단과 상기 고압 가압 수단은 상기 회전축에 대해 수직 방향으로 배열되고, 상기 베어링이 설치된 분리 부재와 상기 베어링이 또한 설치된 프레임은 상기 2개의 가압 수단 사이에 제공되어 그 사이에 끼워지도록 구성되고, 양 베어링들은 프레스 끼워맞춤에 의해 단일 조립체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2냉매 압축기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 가압 수단에는 고정 스크롤과, 상기 고정 스크롤에대면하여 제공된 상기 회전축의 회전에 의해 구동되는 회전 스크롤이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2냉매 압축기.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 회전축은 프레임에 제공된 상기 베어링에 의해 지지되고, 상기 회전 스크롤에는 상기 스크롤에 제공된 리세스부에 고정된 상기 베어링이 또한 설치되고, 양 베어링들은 프레스 끼워맞춤에 의해 단일 조립체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2냉매 압축기.
- 제10항에 따른 CO2냉매 압축기를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기.
- 제10항에 따른 CO2냉매 압축기를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
- 제10항에 따른 CO2냉매 압축기를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온수 공급기.
