Claims (3)
- 0.04 내지 0.12 질량%의 C, 0.5 내지 1.1 질량%의 Si, 1.0 내지 1.7질량%의 Mn, 0.03 질량% 이하로 한정된 양의 Ti 및 나머지 양의 Fe를 포함하며,이때 Si, Mn 및 Ti의 함유량은 하기 수학식 1을 만족하도록 한정되며:수학식 1Si + Mn + (10 x Ti) ≤ 2.5(상기 식에서, Si, Mn 및 Ti는 와이어 중의 각 원소의 함유량을 나타낸다),와이어의 인장강도는 900 내지 1300(N/㎟)이며,칼륨 화합물; MoS2; 및 무기 오일, 동물성 오일, 식물성 오일 및 합성 오일로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 오일이 무도금 와이어의 표면 및/또는 표면 바로 아래에 존재하며,칼륨 화합물의 존재량이 칼륨면에서 2 내지 10ppm이고, MoS2의 존재량이 와이어 10kg 당 0.01 내지 0.5g이고, 오일의 존재량이 와이어 10kg 당 0.3 내지 1.5g인,용접용 무도금 솔리드 와이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,MoS2의 입자 직경이 0.1 내지 10㎛인 용접용 무도금 솔리드 와이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,칼륨 화합물이 붕산 칼륨인 용접용 무도금 솔리드 와이어.
