Claims (6)
- 알루미나 슬러리를 이용하여 성형제를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,1) 이온교환수에 알루미나 졸 또는 보마이트(boehmite)형 분말을 이온교환수 농도에 대하여 2 ∼ 10 %(w/w) 농도, 분산제로서 알루미늄 염을 이온교환수 농도에 대하여 1 ∼ 6 %(w/w)농도, 고분자 결합제로서 분자량이 300 ∼ 1000 인 수용성 아크릴계 올리고머를 이온교환수 농도에 대하여 1 ∼ 10 %(w/w) 농도로 각각 첨가한 혼합물을 제조하고,2) 상기 제 1 단계에서 제조된 혼합물 전체 부피에 대하여 알루미나 분말을 45 ∼ 60 부피% 첨가한 후 볼밀하여 알루미나 슬러리를 제조한 후,3) 상기 알루미나 슬러리를 탈포하고 고분자 개시제 용액을 가한 후 형틀에 붓고 항온 항습조에서 건조하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 분말 성형체 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 겔화제로 사용된 수용성 아크릴계 올리고머 1 중량부에 대하여 수용성 아크릴계 가교 결합제 1 중량부 이하 범위내에서 비율을 조절하여 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 분말 성형체 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 아크릴계 가교 결합제는 히드록시메틸아크릴아미드, 펜타에리쓰리톨트리아릴레이트를 비롯하여, 수용성이며 2개 이상의 결합기를 가진 것 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 분말의 성형체 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분산제로서 알루미늄염은 염화 알루미늄 또는 질산 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 분말의 성형체 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 단계에서 제조된 혼합물의 pH를 3 ∼ 5 로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 분말의 성형체 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 겔화제로서 수용성 아크릴계 올리고머는 폴리(에틸렌글리콜)디아크릴아미드, 폴리(에틸렌글리콜)디아크릴레이트, 폴리(에틸렌글리콜)디메타아크릴아미드, 폴리(에틸렌글리콜)디메타아크릴레이트를 비롯하여, 수용성이며 추가적인 고분자 반응이 가능한 것 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 분말의 성형체 제조방법.
