Claims (2)
- 알루미나 슬러리를 이용하여 성형체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,2 ∼ 10 % 농도의 보마이트(Boehmite)형 알루미나 졸에, 제조될 슬러리 전체 부피에 대하여 45 ∼ 60 부피%의 알루미나 분말과 산을 함께 첨가하여 교반하면서 pH를 3 ∼ 5로 조정한 후 볼밀하여 알루미나졸과 알루미나분말을 함유하는 슬러리를 제조하는 과정과;상기 슬러리에 10 ∼ 30 % 농도의 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리염화 알루미늄을, 제조될 전체 복합 슬러리에 대하여 0.2 ∼ 1.0 중량%를 첨가하여 알루미나졸, 알루미나분말 및 폴리염화알루미늄을 함유하는 복합 슬러리를 제조한 후 형틀에 부어서 겔화시킨 겔체를 30 ∼ 80 ℃, 상대 습도 70 ∼ 95 %의 항온 항습조에서 서서히 건조하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나 분말의 졸-겔 성형체 제조방법 :
