Abstract
【解決手段】溶媒に溶解されたポリマーバインダーと混合された少なくとも一つの粉末を含む供給原料を調製する段階と、圧力下で、前記供給原料を金型内に射出する段階と、脱脂段階と、焼結段階とを含み、前記供給材料は、圧縮の間溶媒の蒸発温度よりも高い温度に維持される。

・供給原料の調製
・圧力下における金型への供給原料の射出
・脱脂
・焼結
・プレスを保持する圧力に圧縮された乾燥粉末に相当する、最大のグリーン密度を有する部品を作製する。
・収縮が最小化された部品を製造する。実際、射出後に得られた高い密度のため、焼結収縮は最小化される。
・熱的脱脂操作を最も単純な表現に制限する。これは、製造される部品のサイズによらない。実際、部品の脱脂は単にポリマースキンを取り除くことにある。
・表面へのポリマーの移動により、粉末本体の汚染(特に炭素、酸素による汚染)を低くすることを確実にする。
・嵩高い部品を作製する。本体脱脂の殆どはプレスにおける圧力保持操作の間に完了され、それによって部品の破裂/割れのリスクを除去する、
・粉末またはナノ粉末(すなわち微細な粉末、これは一般的にPIMには適切ではない)の供給原料(非球形モルフォロジーの非常に低コストの粉末)から部品を作製する。
添付された図面と関連する以下の実施例は、本発明を説明することを意図しており、制限的なものでは全くない。
セラミックスベースの供給原料が調製された。これは、粒子サイズ分布が一方は150nmに中心を、他方は300nmに中心を有する、同一のアルミナ粉末の二つのバッチを含む。
セラミックスを原料とする供給原料が調製されるが、今回は50nmに中心を有する粒子サイズ分布の粉末(ナノ粉末)のバッチからなる。全フィラー含有量は40%であるが、この技術分野では、これは脱脂サイクルの後正常な部品を製造するには低すぎると考えられる。
Claims (8)
- 溶媒に溶解されたポリマーバインダーと混合された少なくとも一つの粉末を含む供給原料を調製する段階と、
圧力下で、前記供給原料を金型内に射出する段階と、
脱脂段階と、
焼結段階とを含み、
前記供給材料は、圧縮の間溶媒の蒸発温度よりも高い温度に維持される、射出成形法によって部品を作製する方法。 - 溶媒の蒸発の間、金型内の初期の圧力は維持される、請求項1に記載の部品を作製する方法。
- 前記供給原料が少なくとも一つのナノ粉末を含み、前記ナノ粉末の粒子は100nmより小さい、請求項1または2に記載の部品を作製する方法。
- 前記溶媒が水性溶媒であり、好ましくは水である、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の部品を作製する方法。
- 前記ポリマーバインダーがカルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)である、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の部品を作製する方法。
- 前記ポリマーバインダーが前記供給原料の全体積の3%から50%の比率で存在する、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の部品を作製する方法。
- 前記金型は脱脂段階の前に部品を取り出すために冷却される、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の部品を作製する方法。
- 焼結段階の前に洗浄段階が実施される、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の部品を作製する方法。
