Claims (14)
- ·실리카 함량이 10∼60 중량%이고,·나트륨 함량이 300 중량 ppm 미만이며,·총 공극 부피가 0.5∼1.2 ㎖/g이고,·직경이 40∼150 Å이고, 평균 직경이 80∼120 Å인 메소공극의 부피가 총 공극 부피의 30∼80%이고,·직경이 500 Å보다 큰 거대공극의 부피는 총 공극 부피의 20∼80%이며,·비표면적이 200 ㎡/g보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카-알루미나 1 이상을 포함하는 지지체 및 수소화-탈수소화 원소 1 이상을 포함하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카-알루미나는 AlVI(팔면체) 라디칼 및 AlIV(사면체) 라디칼을 포함하며, 사면체 AlIV의 비율은 20∼40%가 되는 것인 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실리카-알루미나는 30∼50%의 Q2라디칼 및 10∼30%의 Q3라디칼을 포함하며, Q2라디칼에서는 Si 원자가 2 개의 Si 또는 Al 원자에 그리고 2 개의 OH기에 결합되어 있고, Q3라디칼에서는 Si 원자가 3 개의 Si 또는 Al 원자에 그리고 1 개의 OH기에 결합되어 있는 것인 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 붕소 및/또는 규소를 포함하는 것인 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, VIIA, VIIB, 및 VB족에서 선택된 1 이상의 원소를 포함하는 것인 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 지지체는 실리카-알루미나로 이루어진 것인 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 지지체는 1∼40 중량%의 결합제를 포함하는 것인 촉매.
- 제7항에 있어서, 지지체는 실리카, 알루미나, 점토, 산화티탄, 산화붕소 및 지르코늄으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 결합제 1 이상 및 실리카-알루미나의 혼합물로부터 생성된 것인 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 황화 반응으로 처리한 것인 촉매.
- 200℃보다 높은 온도, 0.1 ㎫보다 높은 압력, 공급원료 1 ℓ당 수소 50 ℓ 이상, 촉매 단위 부피당 단위 시간당 공급원료 0.1∼20 부피의 시간당 부피 유속에서 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 촉매를 사용한 수소화분해 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 등유, 가스유, 진공 가스유, 대기압 잔류물, 진공 잔류물, 대기압 증류물, 진공 증류물, 중질 연료, 오일, 왁스, 파라핀, 폐유, 탈아스팔트 처리된 잔류물 및 탈아스팔트 처리된 원유로 구성된 군에서 선택되고, 열 변환 또는 접촉 변환 공정으로부터 얻은 것이며 30 중량% 미만의 파라핀을 포함하는 공급원료를 수소화분해 처리하기 위한 것인 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 공급원료는 미리 수소화 처리한 것인 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 수소화분해는 중간 분리를 사용하여 2 단계로 수행되며, 촉매는 1 이상의 단계에서 사용되는 것인 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 공급원료는 25 중량% 미만의 파라핀을 포함하는 것인 방법.
