Claims (29)
- 육방정의 M형 마그네트 플럼바이트 구조를 구비하는 페라이트를 주상으로 하는 산화물 자성재료로서,Sr, Ba, Pb, 및 Ca로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소에서 구성되는 A,Y를 포함하는 희토류원소 및 Bi에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소로, 반드시 La를 포함하는 원소인 R, 그리고Fe를 포함하고,A, R, 및 Fe의 각각의 구성비율이,식(1): (1-x)AO·(x/2)R2O3·nFe2O30.05 ≤ x ≤ 0.355.0 ≤ n ≤6.7로 표현되는 산화물 자성재료에 대하여,Mn의 산화물, 또는 Mn 및 Co의 산화물이 0.3중량% 이상 2.8중량% 이하 첨가된 산화물 자성재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, n의 범위가 6.0 〈 n ≤ 6.7인 상기 식(1)로 표현되는 산화물 자성재료에 대하여, Mn의 산화물 또는 Mn 및 Co의 산화물이 0.3중량% 이상 2.4중량% 이하 첨가되는 산화물 자성재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, A, R, Fe, Mn, 및 Co의 각종 구성비율이, 상기 A, R, Fe, Mn 및 Co의 총원소량에 대하여,A: 4.4원자% 이상 8.6원자% 이하R: 0.34원자% 이상 3.1원자% 이하Fe: 88.1원자% 이상 94.8원자% 이하Mn: 0.34원자% 이상 3.1원자% 이하Co: 0원자% 이상 2.7원자% 이하의 관계를 만족하는 산화물 자성재료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 산화물 자성재료를 포함하는 페라이트 자석분말.
- SrCO3, BaCO3, PbO, 및 CaCO3로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원료분말과, Y를 포함하는 희토류원소의 산화물 및 Bi2O3로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 산화물로 반드시 La2O3를 포함하는 산화물의 원료분말과, Fe2O3의 원료분말을 혼합하는 것에 의하여 제조되는 원료혼합분말을 준비하는 공정과;상기 원료혼합분말을 1100℃ 이상 1450℃ 이하의 온도에서 가소하고, 이것에 의하여, (1-x)AO·(x/2)R2O3·nFe2O3(A는 Sr, Ba, Pb 및 Ca로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소, R은 Y를 포함하는 희토류원소 및 Bi로 되는 군에서 선택되는적어도 1종의 원소로서 반드시 La를 포함하는 것, 0.05 ≤ x ≤ 0.35, 5.0 ≤ n ≤6.7)의 조성을 구비하는 페라이트 가소체를 형성하는 공정과,상기 페라이트 가소체에, Mn의 산화물원료, 또는 Mn 및 Co의 산화물원료 분말을 첨가한 가소체 혼합분말을 준비하는 공정을 포함하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- SrCO3, BaCO3, PbO 및 CaCO3로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원료분말과, Y를 포함하는 희토류원소의 산화물 및 Bi2O3로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 산화물로 반드시 La2O3를 포함하는 산화물 원료분말과, Fe2O3의 원료분말을 혼합하는 것에 의하여 제조되는 원료혼합분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 원료혼합분말을 1100℃ 이상 1450℃ 이하의 온도에서 가소하고, 이것에 의하여 (1-x)AO·(x/2)R2O3·nFe2O3(A는 Sr, Ba, Pb 및 Ca로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소, R은 Y를 포함하는 희토류원소 및 Bi로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소로 반드시 La를 포함하는 것, 0.05 ≤ x ≤ 0.35, 5.0 ≤ n ≤6.7)의 조성을 구비하는 페라이트 가소체를 형성하는 공정과,상기 페라이트 가소체에, Mn의 산화물원료 또는 Mn 및 Co의 산화물원료분말을 첨가한 가소체 혼합분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 가소체 혼합분말을 분쇄하고, 공기투과법으로 측정한 평균입도가 0.2㎛ 이상 2.0㎛ 이하의 범위내에 있는 페라이트 분쇄분말을 형성하는 공정과,상기 페라이트 분쇄분말을 900℃ 이상 1450℃ 이하의 온도에서 다시 가소하는 공정을 포함하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- Sr, Ba, Pb 및 Ca로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소의 염화물, Y를 포함하는 희토류원소 및 Bi로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소의 염화물로 반드시 La의 염화물을 포함하는 염화물 및 Fe의 염화물이 용해된 혼합용액으로, pH〈6을 만족하는 혼합용액을 준비하는 공정과,상기 혼합용액을 800℃ 이상 1400℃ 이하의 가열분위기 중에 분무하는 것에 의하여 가소하고, 이것에 의하여 (1-x)AO·(x/2)R2O3·nFe2O3(A는 Sr, Ba, Pb 및 Ca로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소, R은 Y를 포함하는 희토류원소 및 Bi로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소로서 반드시 La를 포함하는 원소, 0.05 ≤ x ≤ 0.35, 5.0 ≤ n ≤6.7)의 조성을 가지는 페라이트 가소체를 형성하는 공정과,상기 페라이트 가소체에, Mn의 산화물원료 또는 Mn 및 Co의 산화물원료분말을 첨가한 가소체 혼합분말을 준비하는 공정을 포함하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- Sr, Ba, Pb 및 Ca로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소의 염화물, Y를 포함하는 희토류원소 및 Bi로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소의 염화물로 반드시 La의 염화물을 포함하는 염화물, 및 Fe 염화물이 용해된 혼합용액으로pH〈6을 만족하는 혼합용액을 준비하는 공정과,상기 혼합용액을 800℃ 이상 1400℃ 이하의 가열분위기 중에 분무하는 것에 의하여 가소하고, 이것에 의하여 (1-x)AO·(x/2)R2O3·nFe2O3(A는 Sr, Ba, Pb 및 Ca로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소, R은 Y를 포함하는 희토류원소 및 Bi로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소로서 반드시 La를 포함하는 원소, 0.05 ≤ x ≤ 0.35, 5.0 ≤ n ≤6.7)의 조성을 구비하는 페라이트 가소체을 형성하는 공정과,상기 페라이트 가소체에, Mn의 산화물원료 또는 Mn 및 Co의 산화물원료분말을 첨가한 가소체 혼합분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 가소체 혼합분말을 분쇄하고, 공기투과법으로 측정한 평균입도를 0.2㎛ 이상 2.0㎛ 이하의 범위내의 페라이트 분쇄분말을 형성하는 공정과,상기 페라이트 분쇄분말을 900℃ 이상 1450℃ 이하의 온도에서 다시 가소하는 공정을 포함하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 Mn 산화물, 또는 Mn 및 Co의 산화물의 일부 또는 전부로 치환되어, Mn의 수산화물 또는 Mn 및 Co의 수산화물을 이용하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- 제5항, 제6항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 원료혼합분말에, 원소A 또는 원소R의 황산염을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합용액에, 원소A 또는 원소 R의 원소의 황산염을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- 제5항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 원료혼합분말을 준비하는 공정, 상기 혼합용액을 준비하는 공정, 및 상기 페라이트 가소체를 분쇄하는 공정 가운데 적어도 하나의 공정에 있어서, B2O3및/또는 H3BO3를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법.
- 제5항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법에 의하여 형성되는 가소체를 분쇄하고, 공기투과법으로 측정한 평균입도를 0.2㎛ 이상 2.0㎛ 이하의 범위로 하는 자석분말의 제조방법.
- 제5항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 페라이트 가소체의 제조방법에 의하여 형성되는 가소체에, CaO, SiO2, Cr2O3, 및 Al2O3(CaO:0.3중량% 이상 1.5중량% 이하, SiO2:0.2중량% 이상 1.0중량% 이하, Cr2O3: 0중량% 이상 5.0중량% 이하, Al2O3:0중량% 이상 5.0중량% 이하)를 첨가하는 가소체 혼합분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 가소체 혼합분말을 분쇄하고, 공기투과법으로 측정한 평균입도가 0.2㎛이상 2.0㎛ 이하의 범위에 있는 페라이트 분쇄분말을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 자석분말의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 기재된 페라이트 자석분말을 포함하는 자기기록매체.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 기재된 자석분말의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 자석분말을 포함하는 자기기록매체.
- 제4항에 기재된 페라이트 자석분말을 포함하는 본드자석.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 기재된 자석분말의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 자석분말에서 제조되는 본드자석.
- 제4항에 기재된 페라이트 자석분말을 포함하는 소결자석.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 기재된 자석분말의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 자석분말에서 제조되는 소결자석.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 기재된 자석분말의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 자석분말에 대하여 열처리를 수행하는 공정과,상기 열처리가 수행된 자석분말에서 본드자석을 제조하는 공정을 포함하는 자석의 제조방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 열처리를 700℃ 이상 1100℃ 이하의 온도에서 실행하는 자석의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 기재된 페라이트 자석분말에서 형성되는 소결자석으로, CaO, SiO2, Cr2O3, 및 Al2O3를 포함하고, 각각의 첨가량이CaO: 0.3중량% 이상 1.5중량% 이하,SiO2: 0.2중량% 이상 1.0중량% 이하,Cr2O3: 0중량% 이상 5.0중량% 이하,Al2O3:0중량% 이상 5.0중량% 이하인 소결자석.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 기재된 자석분말의 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 자석분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 자석분말을, 농축, 혼련, 자장중 성형 도는 무자장중 성형, 소결하는 공정을 포함하는 소결자석의 제조방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 기재된 자석분말의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 자석분말을 준비하는 공정과,상기 자석분말을, 농축, 혼련, 건조, 해쇄(解碎), 자장중 성형 또는 무자장중 성형, 소결하는 공정을 포함하는 소결자석의 제조방법.
- 제24항 또는 제25항에 있어서, 분쇄시 또는 혼련시에 분산제를 고정분 비율로 0.2중량% 이상 2.0중량% 이하 첨가하는 소결자석의 제조방법.
- 제17항 내지 제20항 또는 제23항 중의 어느 하나에 기재된 자석을 구비하는 회전기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 산화물 자성재료를 포함하는 박막 자성층을 구비하는 자기기록매체.
- 육방정의 M형 마그네트 플럼바이트 구조를 구비하는 페라이트를 주상으로 하는 산화물 자성재료로서;Sr, Ba, Pb, 및 Ca로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소로 구성되는 A,Y를 포함하는 희토류원소 및 Bi로 되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소로, 반드시 La를 포함하는 원소인 R,Fe 그리고Mn, 또는 Mn 및 Co를 포함하고,A, R, Fe, Mn, 및 Co의 각각의 구성비율이, 상기 A, R, Fe, Mn, 및 Co의 총원소량에 대하여,A: 4.4원자% 이상 8.6원자% 이하R: 0.34원자% 이상 3.1원자% 이하Fe: 88.1원자% 이상 94.8원자% 이하Mn: 0.34원자% 이상 3.1원자% 이하Co: 0원자% 이상 2.7원자% 이하의 관계를 만족하고,상기 식(1)로 표현되는 페라이트의 1몰에 대하여 첨가되는 Mn의 첨가몰량을y, Co의 첨가몰량을 y'이라고 하는 경우, 0.2≤(y+y')/x ≤0.8의 관계를 만족하는 산화물 자성재료.
