- 루시퍼라제 LuAL, Lu164, Lu16, Lu39, Lu45, Lu52 또는 이들의 기능적 등가물의 서열을 갖는 DNA 또는 RNA 분자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서열이 서열의 5' 위치에 기능적 프로모터를 갖는 분자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 재조합 DNA 또는 RNA 벡터의 한 성분인 분자.
- 제3항에 기재된 벡터를 함유한 생물체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 DNA 또는 RNA 서열과 동일하거나 또는 상보적인, 10개 초과의 연속적인 뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 올리고뉴클레오티드.
- 제1항의 뉴클레오티드 서열에 의해 코딩된 펩티드.
- Lu164, LuAL 또는 Lu22에 대해 유도된 항체에 의해 면역학적으로 인식되는, 5개 초과의 연속적인 아미노산을 포함하는 펩티드.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 루시퍼라제의, 세포 시스템에 대한 리포터 (reporter) 유전자로서의 용도.
