Abstract

Claims (10)
- 필름 접합 방법에 있어서, 한쪽 표면에 친수화 표면을 갖는 2 개의 필름 (A) 를 배치하여 각각의 한쪽 끝 부분이 닿도록 친수화 표면을 배열하고; 닿은 부분이 연결되도록 필름 (A) 의 비친수화 표면측 상에 필름 (B) 를 겹쳐 놓고, 겹쳐진 부분 (c1) 을 가열압착하여 2 개의 필름 (A) 를 접합시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 겹쳐진 부분 (c1) 을 필름 (A) 및 필름 (B) 를 구성하는 수지의 융점에 비하여 -30℃ 부터 +20℃ 까지의 온도에서 가열압착하는 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 겹쳐진 부분 (c1) 에서 1 개의 필름 (A) 상에 겹쳐 놓은 필름 (B) 부분의 중심 부분 (c3) 및 겹쳐진 부분 (c1) 에서 다른 필름 (A) 상에 겹쳐 놓은 필름 (B) 부분의 중심 부분 (c3) 을 필름 (A) 및 필름 (B) 를 구성하는 수지의 융점에 비하여 -5℃ 부터 +20℃ 까지의 온도에서 가열압착시킨 후, 겹쳐진 부분 (c1) 을 수지의 융점에 비하여 -30℃ 부터 +20℃ 까지의 온도에서 가열압착시키는 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름 (A) 및 필름 (B) 가 플루오로수지 필름 또는 폴리올레핀 필름으로 만들어진 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름 (A) 및 필름 (B) 가 에틸렌/테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체로 만들어진 필름인 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름 (A) 의 폭이 50 내지 250 cm 인 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름 (B) 의 폭이 2 내지 10 cm 인 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름 (A) 의 친수화 표면이 금속 산화물을 스퍼터링 하여 형성된 친수화 표면인 접합 방법.
- 2 개 이상의 필름 (A) 를 접합시켜 형성된, 폭이 1 내지 150 m 인 광폭 필름에 있어서, 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기술된 접합 방법을 1 회 이상 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광폭 필름.
- 제 9 항에 기술된 광폭 필름을 포함하는 농업용 피복 물질.
