Claims (12)
- 배기가스 정화장치로서,유입하는 배기가스의 공연비가 희박한 경우에는 배기가스중의 NOx 를 흡수하며, 또한 배기가스의 공연비가 농후해진 경우에는 흡수된 NOx 를 배기가스중의 환원제로 환원함으로써 정화하는 NOx 촉매;상기 NOx 촉매에 유입하는 배기가스의 공연비가 희박한 경우에 NOx 촉매의 각각의 영역에서의 단위시간당 흡수된 NOx 의 양을 산출하기 위한 계산수단; 및NOx 촉매의 영역에 대해 상기 계산수단에 의해 산출된 NOx 의 양을 합산함으로써 NOx 촉매에 흡수된 NOx 의 총량을 산출하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 NOx 양이 허용 한계값에 도달하는 경우, 상기 NOx 촉매에 농후한 공연비를 갖는 배기가스를 공급하기 위한 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 배기가스 정화장치로서,배기통로에 배치된 NOx 촉매;상기 NOx 촉매보다도 상류측의 배기통로에 배치된 배기가스 정화 촉매;상기 배기가스 정화 촉매로부터 유출하여 상기 NOx 촉매에 유입하는 적어도하나의 성분의 양과 관련된 값을 산출하기 위한 계산수단; 및상기 계산수단에 의해 산출된 성분의 양과 관련된 값을 기초로 리치 스파이크 운전을 실시하기 위한 리치 스파이크 실시수단을 포함하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 성분은 NOx 이며, 상기 계산수단에 의해 산출된 성분의 양과 관련된 상기 값은 상기 NOx 촉매에 유입하는 NOx 양의 적산값인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 성분은, 리치 스파이크 운전이 실시되지 않는 경우 상기 NOx 촉매에 흡수된 NOx 및 상기 리치 스파이크 운전이 실시되는 경우 상기 NOx 촉매에 흡수된 NOx 를 환원시키는 환원성분을 포함하며,상기 계산수단에 의해 산출된 상기 성분의 양과 관련된 상기 값은, 리치 스파이크 운전이 실시되지 않는 경우 상기 NOx 촉매에 유입하는 NOx 의 양을 적산하고, 리치 스파이크 운전이 실시되는 경우 상기 NOx 촉매에 유입하는 상기 환원성분의 양과 관련된 상기 값을 뺌으로써 얻어지는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 NOx 촉매에 유입하는 상기 환원제의 양은, 리치 스파이크 운전이 실시되는 경우 상기 NOx 촉매에 유입하는 상기 환원성분의 양에 기초하여 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 성분은 NOx 이며, NOx 촉매는, 상기 NOx 촉매에 유입하는 배기가스의 공연비가 희박한 경우에는 배기가스중의 NOx 를 흡수하는 반면에, 유입하는 배기가스의 공연비가 농후해진 경우에는 흡수된 NOx 를 배기가스중의 환원성분으로 환원함으로써 정화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 배기가스 정화장치로서,배기통로내에 배치된 NOx 촉매;상기 NOx 촉매보다도 상류측의 배기통로에 배치된 배기가스 정화 촉매;상기 배기가스 정화 촉매로부터 유출하여 단위시간당 상기 NOx 촉매의 각각의 영역에 흡수되는 성분의 양을 산출하기 위한 제 1 계산수단;상기 제 1 계산수단에 의해 각각 산출된 상기 NOx 촉매영역에 대한 상기 성분의 양을 합산함으로써 상기 NOx 촉매에 흡수된 상기 성분의 총량을 산출하기 위한 제 2 계산수단; 및상기 제 2 계산수단에 의해 산출된 상기 성분의 양에 기초하여 리치 스파이크 운전을 실시하기 위한 리치 스파이크 실시 수단을 포함하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 성분은 NOx 이며, 상기 NOx 촉매는, 유입하는 배기가스의 공연비가 희박한 경우에는 배기가스중의 NOx 를 흡수하는 반면, 유입하는 배기가스의 공연비가 농후해진 경우에는 흡수된 NOx 를 배기가스중의 환원제로 환원함으로써 정화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 성분은 NOx 이며, 상기 제 2 계산수단에 의해 산출된 총 성분의 양은 상기 NOx 촉매에 흡수된 NOx 양의 적산값인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 성분은, 리치 스파이크 운전이 실시되지 않는 경우 상기 NOx 촉매에 흡수된 NOx 및 상기 리치 스파이크 운전이 실시되는 경우 상기 NOx 촉매에 흡수된 NOx 를 환원시키는 환원성분을 포함하며,상기 제 2 계산수단에 의해 산출된 총 성분의 양은, 리치 스파이크 운전이 실시되지 않는 경우 상기 NOx 촉매에 흡수된 NOx 의 양을 적산하고, 리치 스파이크 운전이 실시되는 경우 상기 NOx 촉매에 유입하는 상기 환원성분의 양과 관련된 값을 뺌으로써 얻어지는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 NOx 촉매에 유입하는 상기 환원제의 양은, 리치 스파이크 운전이 실시되는 경우 상기 NOx 촉매에 유입하는 상기 환원성분의 양에 기초하여 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
