Claims (6)
- 물에 용해되거나 분산되는 수용성 무기염 (A), 몰리브덴 디술파이드와 그래파이트에서 선택되는 한가지 이상의 윤활성 제제 (B) 및 왁스 (C)를 포함하고, 고체 상태에서 (B)/(A) 중량비는 1.0 내지 5.0 범위이고 고체 상태에서 (C)/(A) 중량비는 0.1 내지 1.0 범위인 것이 특징인 금속 재료의 소성 가공용 수성 윤활제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수용성 무기염은 술페이트, 실리케이트, 보레이트, 몰리브데이트 및 텅스테이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수용성 무기염인 것이 특징인 금속 재료의 소성 가공용 수성 윤활제.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 왁스는 70 내지 150℃의 용해점을 갖는 수(water)분산성 천연 또는 합성 왁스인 것이 특징인 금속 재료의 소성 가공용 수성 윤활제.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수성 윤활제를 세정된 금속 재료의 표면에 도포 및 건조시킴으로써, 금속 재료의 표면에 0.5 내지 40g/m2의 윤활성 피막을 생성하는 것으로 이루어지는 윤활성 피막의 처리 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 세정된 표면은 숏블라스팅, 샌드 블라스팅, 알칼리 탈지 및 산 세정으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 한가지 이상의 세정 단계로써 얻어지는 것이 특징인 윤활성 피막의 처리 방법.
- 제 4 항 또는 5 항에 있어서, 금속 재료를 60 내지 100℃로 가열시킨 후, 제 1 항 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수성 윤활제를 금속 재료에 도포시키는 것이 특징인 윤활성 피막의 처리 방법.
