Claims (6)
- 각각 개별적인 삽입 물질을 포함하는 복수의 애노드 플레이트(14)와 복수의 캐소드 플레이트(12)를 포함하는 전기화학 전지 조립 방법에 있어서,금속 전류 집전체에 접착된 개별적인 이온 삽입 물질로 이루어진 층을 각각 포함하며 선택적으로 적층되는 분리된 개별 캐소드 플레이트(12) 및 분리된 개별 애노드 플레이트(14)의 적층물을 형성하는 단계와,연속하는 플레이트들(12, 14) 사이에 연속형 세퍼레이터/전해질 층(10)을 지그재그형으로 삽입하는 단계를 포함하는 전기화학 전지 조립 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 리튬 이온 전지이고, 상기 애노드 플레이트(14) 및 캐소드 플레이트(12)는 개별적인 리튬 이온 삽입 물질을 포함하는 전기화학 전지 조립 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터/전해질 층(10)은 폴리머 물질로 이루어진 다공질 시트이고,상기 전지를 형성하기 위해 전해질 용액을 조립체에 첨가하는 단계를 부가로 포함하는 전기화학 전지 조립 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 전해질 용액은 상기 전지에 첨가된 후에 상기 세퍼레이터와 상호작용하여 겔형 전해질을 형성하는 전기화학 전지 조립 방법.
- 리튬 이온 전지 제조 방법으로서, 각각의 플레이트(12, 14)는 전류 집전체와 일체인 탭(18, 16)을 구비하고, 상기 탭(18, 16)은 적층물로부터 돌출하는 리튬 이온 전지 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조되는 리튬 이온 전지.
