Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 건물에 장착되는 적어도 하나의 조명수단을 포함하는 고층 건물, 바람직하게는 풍력설비의 비행 경계등 장치에 있어서, 건물 주위의 구역에서 주간 명도의 수준을 감지하는 박명 스위치와 같은, 명도값의 감지를 위한 장치가 구비되고, 명도값 감지를 위한 상기 장치는 측정 데이터를 평가하여 명도값이 주어진 값 이하로 떨어질 때 상기 비행 경계등 장치를 켜는 스위칭 장치에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 가시도 측정장치가 구비되고, 가시도가 소정의 범위 이하로 떨어질 때, 가시도 측정장치에 의하여 비행 경계등 장치가 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력설비의 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 섬광등은 조명수단의 형태이며, 풍력설비의 조명수단 및 근접해 있는 다른 섬광등의 조명수단이 각각 동시에 켜지고 꺼지는 방식으로 조명수단을 제어하는 동기화 장치가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력설비의 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 동기화 장치는 무선 신호 및/또는 데이터 신호 제어에 의하여 제1의 비행 경계등 장치의 주변구역에서 다른 비행 경계등 장치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비행 경계등 장치는 다수개의 LED(발광 다이오드)를 포함하는 조명수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조명수단 및 스위칭 장치에 대한 전력 공급을 위한 휴대형 전원을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력설비의 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 전기 발생수단(28,29)에 결합될 수 있는 중간 전기 저장수단(26)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력설비의 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 고장 메시지의 통신을 위한 GSM 모듈(32)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 조명수단(10)을 이동 컨테이너(20)에 고정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 이동 컨테이너(20)는, 적어도 조명수단(10)의 높이가 이동 컨테이너(20)에 설치된 구성요소와 이동 컨테이너(20)의 가장자리 사이에서 자유롭게 유지되는 높이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 조명수단(10)은 적어도 비행 경계등 장치 작동 중에는 컨테이너(20)로부터 분리하여 배치될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 조명수단(10)과 스위칭 장치(22)나 전환 스위칭 장치 사이의 적어도 일측면에서 분리 가능한 적어도 하나의 전기적 접속을 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 케이블용 수신 칸막이(8)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 장치(22) 및/또는 박명 스위치(24)는 상기 조명수단(10)과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각기 다른 컬러를 갖는 적어도 2개의 조명수단(10)이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 같은 컬러의 조명수단(10)을 스위칭 장치(22)에 각각 연결하는 전환 스위칭 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 박명 스위치(24)는 전환 스위칭 장치와 연동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 박명 스위치(24) 및/또는 상기 스위칭 장치(22)와 연동하는 무선 신호 수신 장치를 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치.
- 전원의 이동을 위한 이동 컨테이너가 구비되고, 비행 경계등 장치를 위한 적어도 하나의 조명수단이 이동 컨테이너에 고정될 수 있고, 이동 컨테이너에는 전기 발생수단과 결합가능한 중간 전기 저장수단이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비행 경계등 장치용 휴대형 전원.
