Claims (5)
- 복수의 유체유로를 내부에 구비한 1개의 매니폴드본체와, 이 매니폴드본체상에 설치되어 전자밸브용 탑재면을 형성하는 1개 이상의 서브플레이트에 의해 구성되고,상기 매니폴드본체는, 상기 서브플레이트를 설치하기 위한 설치면과, 이 설치면으로부터 수직으로 똑바로 연장되어 상기 각 유체유로로 통하는 복수의 분기구멍을 가지고, 또한 상기 서브플레이트는, 상기 각 분기구멍을 전자밸브의 각 포트에 연통시키기 위한 복수의 중계구멍을 가지고 있고, 이들 중계구멍의 적어도 일부가 대응하는 분기구멍과는 다른 위치에 형성되는 동시에, 위치가 다른 이들 중계구멍과 분기구멍이, 상기 서브플레이트의 아래면에 이들 중계구멍과 분기구멍에 걸치도록 형성된 오목부를 통하여 서로 연통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매니폴드본체 및 서브플레이트는 각각 금속소재로 형성되어 있고, 서로의 접합면을 납땜함으로써 일체로 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 매니폴드본체와 서브플레이트는, 땜납접합시의 위치어긋남을 방지하기 위해, 서로 결합하여 합쳐지는 돌기와 함몰부로 이루어지는 위치결정수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 매니폴드본체는 복수의 전자밸브를 탑재할 수 있도록 형성되는 동시에, 상기 서브플레이트는 개개의 전자밸브마다 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 매니폴드본체 및 서브플레이트는 각각, 개개의 전자밸브마다 분할되어 있고, 복수개를 연결하여 사용할 수 있도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브용 매니폴드.
