Claims (2)
- 내벽에 마그네트가 부착된 하우징(50)과, 상기 하우징(50)과 대향으로 결합되는 앤드커버(54)와, 외주부에 아마추어(62)를 지니며 일단은 볼 베어링(70)에 의해서 상기 하우징(50)의 제 1 수납부(50a) 내에서 회전 가능하게 지지되고 타단은 볼 베어링(72)에 의해서 상기 앤드커버(54)의 제 2 수납부(54a)내에서 회전 가능하게 지지되는 아마추어 샤프트(60)와, 상기 아마추어(62)와 앤드커버(54) 사이에 배치되는 정류자(64)와, 스프링(68)에 의해 탄성 가압된 상태에서 밧데리에서 인가된 전원을 상기 정류자(64)를 통해 아마추어(62)로 공급하는 브러시(66)를 포함하여 구성되는 콘덴서용 쿨링팬 모터에 있어서,상기 앤드커버(54) 배면 일측과 타측에는 그 내측에 복수개의 핀 결합공(542)을 갖는 한쌍의 체결돌기(540)가 돌설되며,상기 앤드커버(54)의 체결돌기(540)에는 직부식 커넥터(90)가 장착되되, 상기 직부식 커넥터(90)는 그 상단에 결합단(94)이 형성되고 상기 결합단(94) 하측에는 커넥터 레그(98)가 일체로 형성되며 그 중앙부가 모터 배면에 돌출형성된 제 2 수납부(54a)를 수용할 수 있도록 천공되고 상기 커넥터 레그(98) 일측면에는 상기 앤드커버(54)의 체결돌기(540)와 대응되는 한쌍의 체결구(92)가 형성되어 이루어 지며,상기 커넥터(90)의 결합단(94) 내측에는 다수개의 핀(96) 일단이 돌출 형성되며, 상기 핀(96)은 커넥터 레그(98)에 매설되어 그 타단이 체결구(92)를 통해 외향돌설토록 되어, 앤드커버(54)에 커넥터(90) 장착시 상기 핀(96)이 체결돌기(92) 내측에 형성된 결합공(542)을 통해 모터 내측에 형성된 브러시(66)와 접촉토록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직부식 커넥터가 장착된 콘덴서용 쿨링팬 모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터 레그(98)의 외주부 일측과 타측에는 한쌍의 보강부(98a)가 더 형성되어 상기 보강부(98a)를 통해 커넥터(90)가 앤드커버(54)에 리벳이음된것을 특징으로 하는 직부식 커넥터가 장착된 콘덴서용 쿨링팬 모터.
