Claims (16)
- 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 있어서,캐리어와,알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토류 금속으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나를 흡장제로서 첨가된 촉매층을 가지고,상기 촉매층에는 코발트(Co), 지르코늄(Zr), 철(Fe), 망간(Mn)으로 이루어지는 천이 금속 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 금속과 규소(Si)로 이루어지는 복합 산화물이 혼입되는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 산화물은 규산 지르코늄(ZrSi04)인 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매층의 상층에 형성되며, 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토류 금속으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나를 흡장제로서 첨가하여 이루어지는 제 2 촉매층을 갖는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매층과 상기 캐리어 사이에 형성되며, 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 주류 금속으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개를 흡장제로서 첨가하여 이루어지는 제 2 촉매층을 갖는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매층의 상층에 형성된 3원 촉매층을 갖는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 3원 촉매층에는 실리카(SiO2), 텅스텐(W), 인(P)으로 이루어지는 산 성질 재료의 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개가 혼입되는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 3원 촉매층에는 상기 흡장제가 첨가되지 않는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매층과 상기 캐리어 사이에 형성된 3원 촉매층을 갖는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 3원 촉매층에는 실리카(SiO2), 텅스텐(W), 인(P)으로 이루어지는 산성질 재료의 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나가 혼입되는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 3원 촉매층에는 상기 흡장제가 첨가되지 않는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 산화물의 보유량은 1리터(liter)당 약 0.1 내지 50 g으로 설정되어 있는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매층에는 귀금속인 적어도 플래티늄 및 팔라듐과, NOx 흡장제인 칼륨 및 바륨이 각각 첨가되며, 플래티늄 및 팔라듐의 보유량은 1리터당 약 0.1 내지 10g이고, 칼륨 및 바륨의 보율량은 1 리터당 약 0.1 내지 50 g 인 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어는 코디라이트 캐리어가 사용되는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 있어서,캐리어와,알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토류 금속으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나를 흡장제로서 첨가된 촉매층, 및상기 촉매층의 상층 또는 하층의 어느 한쪽에 형성되며, 코발트(CO), 지르코늄(Zr), 철(Fe), 망간(Mn)으로 이루어지는 천이 금속 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 금속과 규소(Si)로 이루어지는 복합 산화물이 혼입된 흡장제 이동 제어층을포함하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 산화물은 규산 지르코늄(ZrSiO4)인 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어는 코디라이트 캐리어가 사용되는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
